Exceptional Customer service! Me and my friends were assisted very kindly by Robin and Karissa. Karissa brought out my food with a warm smile and assisted me with condiments. Robin checked on my friends and I while we were eating to see if there was anything else we needed or that she could assist us with. Best Mc Donald’s Customer Service I’ve experienced, I will be returning to this location :)
We have a special diet, so we don't come here everyday or anything. But the kids love the fries.So with a grain of salt LOL, customer service is not bad at all compared to other places I've seen these days.The issue we have is that especially with the level of frequency we visit this chain, the orders are almost never right.
