I place a phone order they told me 6:58 for pick up time got there at 7:12 than they said other 15 minutes. I waited till 7:35 than ask what the issue was and the manager Tim ask look around don’t you see we’re busy. While he was just standing around looking like he ready to clock out. He told other 15 minutes so I canceled my order and he was so rude. First he gave me the wrong refund way less than what I paid and walk away. So we called him back to the counter, showed him my receipt did another refund and put the money on the counter and said here you go. Was very disappointed in his work ethic and customer service.
