The food was great, the service friendly and kind, the only issue is the absolutely poor management. Katherine only scheduled 3 people to work on a Friday night, which is always going to be busy, because she doesn't want to pay a lot of OT. Those three did a heroic job, but there's only so much a short staff can do. Ordered 8 piece butterfly shrimp. And was given 8 pieces of their popcorn shrimp. Not sure if the person didn’t know what they were doing. Or they figured I wouldn’t know the difference. I’ll try a different Popeyes next time. Since this one still doesn’t have their stuff together.

First time at this location. I waited in line in drive thru for 15 min almost 16 min and then when I paid for my food I waited another 15 min for my food at that’s because i ordered a surf and turf and one of the chicken strip was undercooked had to throw it away . Probably will be my first and last here .
