Good food, fresh fruits, lots to choose from. Wish for more seating but quality is good so it's worth it.

The better of the two dfacs on fort Sam, this one is just nicer in general, with different lines for different types of food, so I don't mind the place. Always super busy due to all the members in the facility, but there's a lot of seating. The food is not bad, but the times I went, it was the same thing each time. The burgers you get from the to go side as pretty good though. It was a good hang out spot for my friends and I after our classes. I definitely always got chili cheese fries, they had the good cheese there.

Sink always running. They haven’t fixed it. Been this way for years said a staff member. Fountain machine pours water when your getting soda.
It's Army food. Dont expect miracles. Grab n go is very convenient, the fruits n veggies are fresh and workers are polite/friendly

This might be the best DFAC in the military. Fine dining and has me very very satisfied as an Army Officer. Today I had chicken cordon bleu, phenomenal! Yesterday I had crab topped fish, exquisite! Oh, Have some cake!

Some of the best Army food I've had. It's easy to pick healthy entrees and get some veggies as sides. On days when you need it, they've got some soul food as well. Walk in, wash your hands, pay or notify attendants which course you're in, and choose a station. They have healthy options, grill, sandwich bar, ethnic food, and home cooking for entrees. Coffee, soda, flavored water, milk, and tea for drinks. Dessert station, salad bar with specialty and veggie salads, and yogurt. Always leave with a full belly with food that gives me fuel to hit up Central Post gym afterwards.
