We had the opportunity to go out to the food truck park this weekend and ordered from Sauce's Southern Kitchen. We had Fish, Shrimp, and jambalaya. Everything was delicious! The fish was fried just right with a little crunch. The jambalaya was seasoned to perfection! Will go back!
Food is Amazing!!! I had them cater an event for work. Everyone raved about the food. I grew up in southern Louisiana and I am very picky about Cajun food. This is the only one in town that is authentic. I will be ordering from them again.

1st .. Sauce’s has the best gumbo in the area, hands down &I’ve spent years living on the gulf coast. 2nd what I love most about Sauces Southern Kitchen is…. their consistency. The portion size and quality of the food is always the same GREATNESS ..,Which is really impressive for small businesses owners (I’m assuming) I really can’t say enough good things . I rarely leave reviews but they deserve recognition.
