“Best most delicious Birria Tacos in San Antonio!! Also the customer service is AMAZING! I called to place a pick up order and they didn’t answer but immediately called me right back. But I’ve been here quit a few times and they never miss with the food or service! I also love the drive through option. Keep up the good work!“
“"I recently had the pleasure of visiting RJ Food Truck last Sunday, and I am here again already !it was an absolute delight! After a long time, I indulged in some authentic Indian street chaat, and it was worth every bite. The flavors were spot on, reminding me of the bustling streets of India. The chaat options available at RJ Food Truck is impressive, catering to every palate. From classic favorites like bhel puri and pani puri to more offerings, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Not only was the chaat delicious, but the ambiance of the food truck added to the experience. It transported me back to the lively atmosphere of street food vendors in India, with its vibrant colors and aromatic spices. The service at RJ Food Truck was good, with friendly staff members who were eager to assist and make recommendations. Their passion for chaat was evident, and it made the whole dining experience more enjoyable. In terms of pricing, RJ Food Truck offers value for money, considering the quality and quantity of the chaat served. It's definitely a place where you get bang for your buck.Overall, I can't recommend RJ Food Truck enough to all chaat enthusiasts out there. Whether you're craving a taste of home or looking to explore new flavors, this is the place to be. I'll definitely be returning, and I'll be bringing along friends to share in the joy of delicious chaat!"“
“Took a trip to San Antonio from Dallas and I just had to try this. It was so worth it! The coffee was phenomenal and the owner Jerry was extremely kind and helpful, trust his judgements for your coffee! I got the Hanoi Egg Coffee and it was a one of a kind experience in San Antonio. I highly recommend coming down here!“
“Terrific customer service. The food coming out of this truck is seasoned perfectly, hot, tasty, fresh and can compete with any top restaurant in the city!! You get a good amount of food for the price. I got the bowl and a wrap. Either one you can't go wrong!Order it all you won't be disappointed!“
“Best shawarmas in SA hands down, I’ve been coming here for years and never been disappointed, food and service always in point, food even taste better when I’ve reheated it the next day, kind of shawarma makes my heart and tummy happy!!“
“Tried this place after reading all the reviews. Can't say that I was disappointed! It was very good and the service was great. Also, for a food truck, it was exceptionally clean! We had the chicken pad Thai, chicken massaman curry and shrimp basil and don't forget the mango sticky rice! It smelled Devine. We couldn't wait to eat so we sat on the back of the SUV and ate it there. Everything was delicious and hot. We'll definitely go back soon and recommend it to everyone.“
“Ordered a family order today. The food was absolutely delicious. Loved the dolmas! I simply cannot say enough about the quality and the generous portions. This is the second time I have gone and Baba Shawarma did not disappoint. PS the baklava was also great! ?“
“I smelled this taco truck before I even walked into El Camino, and it smelled amazing!! After eating my first 3 tacos I was so hooked I went back and bought 6 more and a papa chingona! It was the best taco I’ve had since arriving in San Antonio! That’s considering I’m from a straight up border town! I even ate the left overs today and still amazing! ?“
“This taco truck was absolutely delicious! My husband and I were visiting San Antonio and found this place. Their tacos are amazing, probably some of the best tacos I’ve had in San Antonio. I have not had tacos that good in a long time. The tortillas that they use for their tacos are the cherry on top for me. We tried the tacos with the queso and our choice of filling. Their lemonade was very good too!“
“Bussin!!! The baked chicken and gravy is fire! The yams bussing! The Mac n cheese isn't nasty, but it's kinda mid. It went well with the catfish though, and the catfish is fire too! I was salty they were out of the banana pudding and they only had a few servings left of peach cobbler so I'm pretty sure that means it's good. The kool-aid is banging. Fresh and hot! Made to order! Definitely will be a repeat customer!??✊?“
“Delicious! I'll be back! I never heard of this place but So while Discount Tires was working on mounting my tires, they recommended this place. I ordered the Brussel Sprout Caesar salad / adding blackened chicken & avocado. Generous portion in a bowl. The Brussel sprouts was so buttery and crunchy. Blackened chicken was not overly salty. And! I sat at a table close to the wall and they had outlets! I connected my iPhone and did a little remote work while I waited for my car and had lunch. Really nice vibe here. Employees were very nice too.“
“The baristas are the best, nice spirited. They’re in the list a top places to get coffee in San Antonio. I ask them questions about the coffee business and they don’t seem bothered. They’re great to visit, I enjoy going when I can.Thank you.“
“Exceptional kababs and authentic Middle Eastern flavors make this restaurant a true gem. The Mediterranean dishes are outstanding, and the Iraqi specialties are a delightful addition. From tender kababs to flavorful mezze, every bite is a journey through the rich culinary traditions of the region. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic Middle Eastern cuisine!“
“It's been 3 years since we had taco truck tacos in San Antonio, although Tacos La Salsita are now pricing their tacos at $1.50, in comparison to just $1 per taco from 3 years ago, they're still the cheapest and still tasty compared to the other taco trucks around.“
“Oh my gosh! This place is AWESOME!! My husband and I found ourselves driving through San An, and we stumbled upon this lil coffee shop. - MAGIC! We got a flat white, a cold brew, and an ice latte (dealers choice - just for funsies). THEY WERE ALL PHENOMENAL!! The flat white might honestly be the best I’ve ever had, and the other drinks we superb! And we’re big coffee nerds. Like. BIG coffee nerds. You need to see our coffee credentials? The hubs and I both worked (and met at) a specialty coffee shop. Have since traveled the world drinking coffee, visiting coffee farms, and just simply sippin on good brews. All that to say, this coffee spot is the ish! You should definitely go!Thanks, Theory Coffee for being awesome and amazing and wonderful!“
“This is hidden gem - is absolutely amazing! The selection of food is pretty good ! The flavors within the food are delicious beyond words! I have never eaten Venezuelan food - I will come back to this spot for sure- I took my food to go- but eating inside is preferred. Driving home with a the fragrance was definitely difficult- I highly recommend this restaurant!“
“Awesome coffee stop! I ordered a Charlie Brown latte and my husband ordered a regular coffee. Both were perfect. You can tell they used freshly roasted beans. My Charlie Brown was perfectly seasoned and not too sweet like most other coffee shops. Blueberry lemon scone was the bomb! Perfect lemon flavoring and fresh blueberries made it a perfect scone!“
“Great walk up coffee trailer! Coffee is to the point. Menu is small so it’s easy to get what you need. Food options are limited but tasty. There are a few outdoor tables to sit at but with other vendors here it’s sporty to get a table. One of my fav coffee stops in SAT when I’m in “
“I went Friday night w/ my 17 year old niece, my 2 year old daughter & my mom. Fod is great especially the Gorditas! I absolutely LOVED them!! The Atmosphere, not so much. Totally not a family/ kid friendly type of place. It’s located within the same spot of an outside bar. There is no restrooms pretty much unless your 21+ or else your going to need to drive down the street. Besides that, GREAT GORDITAS :)!!“
“Hidden gem on the north side of town! May very well be the best tacos I’ve had in town. Had the mini taco plate with a combination of tacos - Pastor, Asada, Chicken, and Chorizo. Pastor was killer.Great friendly service, quality food, and clean restaurant. This is a must try and this will remain on my food rotation for sure.“
“Found this gem while visiting San Antonio. It is truly a hole in the wall. Located in a neighborhood, behind a gas station. Older gentleman, one man gang, gets the job done. Boba has the perfect chew and the Viet coffee will keep you awake for a week, which is not for the weak. HehehehehIt was so good we went back the next day before we left town.“
“Being from Chicago we found this place and OMG these were ?. We ordered individual tacos and by the pound. The best one I had was the pork belly taco. All tacos are huge and can easily make 2 or 3 our of 1 taco. Salsas cilantro and cebollas come on the side. I will definitely recommend ?“
“This place is definitely one of my favorite places for tacos now . It's only my 2nd time but there's honestly nothing bad I can say about this place, the foods great, the price is decent an the atmosphere is definitely a good feeling. I highly recommend it if you're looking for great tacos“
“Really good churros fried nicely and not greasy. The many sauce combinations is really a great option to offer the customers! Minis are my favorite :) I would like to see homemade sauces maybe some fruit toppings offered would be a good pairing for later down the road. Overall it was great! They do take credit cards and are so very yummy!! I would recommend it to anyone who likes churros they are great to take home and watch movie“
“We were driving by the CVS parking lot on the corner of Ellison and potranco. We saw this, and my daughter wanted to stop to get one for her birthday since we were celebrating her birthday. She loved it, and we will definitely be back to try more. We didn't take pictures but next time we will.“
“It was our first time at Poppy's and it was great! So glad we looked up a coffee spot near us after our HEB run. We ordered the Americano, Tres Leches latte, and Poppy's latte. The Tres Leches latte was exactly what I like in iced coffee! The americano was a 4.5 according to my husband and we'll wait and see what my sister thinks about the Poppy's latte. The vanilla bean twist was delicious as well! Definitely coming back next time we're in the area!“
“Currently on a quest to find the finest tacos in the Northwest/West region. I've have tried numerous options, and so far these currently stand out as the best. The prices are quite reasonable, and the campechana tacos with the green sauce are simply delicious. The frijoles charros are really tasty too.“
“Went last night to try Pupusas for the first time and the pupusas were great with the slaw and the sauce. Also ordered some pasteles of chicken & cheese, very flavorful. The aguas naturales were also good, and the person taking the orders real friendly and patient. Definitely will be going back.“
“A great food truck business on Grayson in the Besame food truck lot. I purchased the Party Fowl. My wife and I were across the street having drinks and I decided to get the big box of chicken to share at the bar. It was an instant hit! About five or six other people ate and raved how good it was. The price was reasonable for such a large amount of food. The owner and his wife were very nice. We ordered the medium heat rating which was perfect. The flavor was spicy enough to enjoy but not destroy taste buds. Cayenne and paprika were the dominant flavors with a subtle sweetness. The meat is chicken breast tenders only (of which I'm usually not a fan, I like dark meat) but these were excellent! They were very juicy and not dry or greasy. The sides of mac and cheese, and fries were great. The comeback sauce was also a hit. Special mention, they had these wonderful sweet pickles that tasted like they were homemade (I didn't circle back too see if they were). On a funny side note, I'm writing this literally a week after having my first experience with hot chicken in Nashville. So far, I'm most impressed with Pete's!“
“I was making my way back home to Austin driving through San Antonio when I felt hungry. I popped open Yelp and came across Tacos El Rapido. The pics look good and I decided to call in and order some asada tacos and a papa con todo. The person who picked up the phone was friendly and said the order would be ready in about 10 minutes, which was perfect for me. The food truck is red, well lit, and located in a parking lot by a Circle K and a tire shop. They have several chairs set up in front of the food truck for those who want to dine in. It's cash only but they also accept Zelle, which I used to pay for my order ($19 - which is a good deal for 5 tacos and a potato with carne asada). The order came nicely packed with three different salsas (red, green, and avocado) and some limes. Both the tacos and the potato were delicious! Everything was very warm and the meat was soft and savory. I'll definitely make it a point to recommend it to friends and family in the area and will stop by myself again when I'm in San Antonio. Give them a chance!“
“Give this place a shot! The brisket and ribs are great, wife loves the pulled pork tacos! No complaints and this BBQ rivals (better) than brick and mortar establishments such as R_dys or Sm_key Mo’s. They know what they’re doing for sure! MAKE SURE you go early enough, they sell out quickly of random items (small batches) early bird gets the worm!“
“Google Readers who are coffee enthusiasts. This is a must stop if you’re in the area. If you searched for coffee and Shine Coffee popped up then I suggest a quick drive-by and order a drink. I ordered espressos and the owner uses Ethiopian Beans which has a fruity dark chocolate flavor. Bravo to the owner for serving quality coffee.“
“I absolutely love this place, it's my go to coffee.. the majority of their drinks also have sugar free or low carb options. They are amazing and rhe staff is great and very helpful especially when u can't decide what u want or helping make a drink low in “
“This place came out of no where and is killin it with this chicken I have been here since day one and it hasn't disappointed once, the chicken is so tender and moist and the sides are on point, and the service is like being at home with grandma whom keeps wanting to just serve you more. I highly recommend giving it a try!!“
“I visited Tacos Panda for the first time on a Friday night and went right back the next day because it was so good! I’d go again today, but it’s closed Sundays. We tried the street tacos, torta, burrito, burger, and hot dog. The best ones were the alambre street tacos. Highly recommend. Their creamy chipotle salsa was very good. I hope they add a creamy green salsa to the menu. The food smells great, tastes even better, and is not extremely salty. I met Panda and he was super nice and friendly. We’re definitely going to become repeat customers. Awesome place!“
“Food was the best I have tasted in the area. I have visited several other taco trucks on Potranco(outside 1604) and their birria is my favorite. We tried the asada quesadia and it was good as well. Hot sauce was great as well. I would definitely be visiting again to try the birria quesadia.“
“This is the reason I visit San Antonio. I live for the world’s best Al Pastor, it’s here!! I’ve tried all pastor all over the US, nothing compares. Thank you for your amazing recipe. The strawberry horchata was good. Of course, I will visit each time I’m in San Antonio!!!!“
“This location and their other location have been great food has been amazing in both there location, all the years I been eating here. They have never disappointed. Food is always freshly made and delicious. I gotten my friends to come to this location or their other location and they also enjoy the food here. I will always come here for delicious food. The personal here are amazing and always friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone.“
“if you are looking for real Mexican flavor, man ive been eating this tacos since they open outside the firestone on culebra close to Goodwill. well the birria is out of this world one of the best birrias 5 miniquesi birrias (bien servidas) topped with tons of meat dont let the size fool you they will get you full including the consome wich most of the time comes with tons of chunks of meat also. but the one you need to try are tacos de cabeza ( head tacos) one of the best in San Antonio they also have their trompo al pastor . aguas fresca, mexican sodas and the prices are great. overall 10 out of 10 hands down the best around culebra qnd 1604. easy in and out.“
“This is my girlfriend’s favorite places for mini tacos. They’re very delicious. The meat has so much flavor and the tortillas are soft. The only reason I rated it four stars on food was because my birria tacos weren’t the best. The red tortillas were so hard, dry and the consumé was very bland. But I was highly recommended the mini tacos ?.Wheelchair accessibility: It’s an open parking lot with plenty of room for a wheelchair“
“3/16/2024 finally dropped in.We (I) will definitely be back! We ordered a cortado, a forest dweller, and a vanilla lavender latte. The female barista was extremely welcoming and super informative about Gravves menu. The aesthetic is phenomenal. Definitely brought out my inner-gothic self. The flavor of lavender was unique and delicious. The pandan in the Foresty Dweller was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend.“
“I love this place! They offer a variety of flavors, tasty combos, cook to order, it's fast and the customer service is fantastic.Parking: Plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: It's a food truck so they will bring the food to you.“
“El Jefe is a must try for birria. Teenager approved. Good portions and flavor at a good price. Small dining room but good enough to enjoy your tacos. Just know that the menu is Birria-centric and there is nothing wrong with that. Support your local restaurant“
“Came across this taco truck on a late night coming in from Dallas. The tacos were fresh from the grill. The guy who took our order was patient and nice. The food truck does take cards and there was parking. There are also tables for you to eat by the truck. They also had a tv playing Sponge Bob. If you're ever in town come try them out. You won't be disappointed.“
“First time trying this food truck, it’s so close to my house so I finally gave it a shot.Ordered the Birria quesadilla with consume for myself, and loaded asada fries for my wife. The owners were very nice and patient, and they were generous enough to give us some charro beans, and 3 tacos (1 of each meat that they serve), for free!Everything we ate was amazing! The meats are flavorful, and juicy. The portions are very generous for the price. I definitely recommend, and my family and I will be back for sure.“
“This is the number one food truck in San Antonio you have to try it to believe it the service is fast and friendly the food is cooked to order it takes about maybe 5 to 8 minutes for your order to be ready and nothing crazy and once you get your order you're ready to dive into it is so “
“Oh my goodness! Words can’t describe how amazingly delicious this spot is! Tried out the breakfast section today (French toast, mini bagel sliders, tempted scramble) LOVED IT ALL! Thank you for always making our food experience an awesome one! Customer service is super friendly and she always has a smile in her face! Super sweet lady!✨“
“We saw the flags and the name El Panzon Tacos as we were driving by and decided to give this food truck a try. We ordered a torta and asada mini tacos. As we waited we enjoyed our Jarritos. Then... the food came... OMG! It was deliciously good that we got our hands dirty and didn't care! The staff was great and attentive and we enjoyed the music playing as we ate.“
“Was lucky enough for them to come to our offices today. I'd heard good things; all were true! The food is excellent, and they don't play around with serving size, you'll have plenty for later. I had the Bob and Timmy 's Pasta with chicken, gouda, mushrooms and tomatoes it's out of this world. Of course I had to try the pizza rolls; just yes.I look forward to more of their visits!“
“This was our first time trying Revolutionary Wings and it was worth the trip. This being our first time, we tried a variety of menu items including the dill pickle wings, black garlic wings, hot Cheetos wings, chicken and Belgium wings and the mild and medium wings. The wings themselves were large and perfectly cooked. The flavors were all very good, the family enjoyed all of them and each of us had a different favorite. We also ordered a southern burger and the margarita flatbread. The flatbread was great, loaded with fresh tomatoes and cheese. Unfortunately the wings were so filling that we had to take the burger home to eat tomorrow - yes, the wings are that big and filling. I would highly recommend giving them a try the next time you are in the mood for some good and creative wings!“
