It’s been better in the past but they have always been really slow on service. Believe they are understaffed and the deserts and hot dogs are always amazing. Sometimes the fries and tots can be hit or miss but when they are good they are great! Worth a stop if you are craving a sweet treat and have time but hopefully they will dial in some of the weaker areas of service over time.
I started coming to this sonic a couple years ago and the employees there at that time were not friendly I'm unsure if it was because they could not find employees to work or stay long (their hours had change at that time too ) but their staff and management have come such along way. The customer service is on point .
