Hello Sonic in Valley Hi! To the owner/manager of this store. There is an employee there by the name of Amber. I'd like to acknowledge.Last night 4/19/2024 Friday around 8pm. My husband and I were leaving Lackland Airforce Base. My husband was having a low blood sugar episode. His bllod sugar had dropped into the low 50's.We went by and she said the system was down and couldn't take an order for payment.I explained what was happening and she brought out a sweet drink to help....read full review
I like Sonic so this hurts. I've been to this location multiple between 8pm and 9pm. But not once have I been able to get food. It seems they have a "System Crash" every evening and can't take any orders.I'd really like to know what's going on or who owns this location so something can be done about this.

Why do I have to wait 15 mins and still not have anyone take my order. The red light even stops flashing and still no service. Times where I order, then after I pay they let me know they are out of something. I love Sonic but this location is trash, I hate it's the only one I live close by. Fix it cause I love the food.
