I drove to a different starbucks during rush hour and not the correct one I placed the order.Chau N. was so kind!! She remade our 6 drinks. We had drove around for an 1 and were low on gas due to traffic and to be greeted with a smile and freshly made drinks was awesome. The drinks were delicious and made exactly as ordered!
While this is the most convenient location near my house. I have to quit making the mistake of coming here. I always order in advance on the app and my items are never ready when it says it will be. Never! The employees seem a little stressed . Not sure if not enough help or bad workflow. Either way management needs to fix it! I keep hoping for better but it's still the same. The drinks are usually right even though I got a cold coffee when it was ordered hot.

The staff went above and beyond for me. A different Starbucks made my drink incorrectly and I wanted to purchase a new drink. They remade me my drink even though it wasn’t their mistake. The staff is also friendly.
