Sometimes the card reader works, sometimes it doesn't. Today it didn't work for me. They charge more for using your card than what is shown, at least for the ice bags. I contacted them about this as I was charged $3 instead of $1.25. They said it's a bank hold and should resolve in 3 days. Well I let them know about it being more than 3 days and I was actually charged $2 after the fact. It adds up. They never got back to me about it.
Today I was at the machine filling up my water as usual when the technician was there servicing the machine I said hello and expressed how much I love the new machine since they upgraded and he handed me a stack of tokens for the machine which paid for all of my water fill up that day, thanks guy that was so kind and great customer service
