I had a problem ordering with this place. when my food wasn't delivered I was told to call door dash. it is not my problem who they use as a delivery service and when i told the lady this she laughed at me then transferred me to another person. This person kept overtalking me while I was trying to explain my situation. I had to raise the volume of my voice to try and complete a sentence, but was repeatedly interrupted and was hung up on. Before he hung upnon me I told him my name was George Green and he kept calling me ma'am throughout the conversation and at no point did I request to be called this. He hung up on me while I was explaining I had double charges on my online bank notice, and preferred to be called sir. I called back to explain this, and what put on hold for 15 minutes. I called from an alternate phone while still on hold, and they answered promptly, asking if they could help me While I was on hold for 15 minutes they returned to phone quickly, immediately putting me on hold without speaking, probably to satisfy some sort of hold time policy the company might have in place. A woman stating to be the asst mngr said to come down that they had some paperwork for me, after earlier in a conversation I had told them I couldn't come down and pick up food, because I was in a hotel and that was the reason I chose delivery. It is not my place to contact the delivery service they choose to use, it is their job to satisfy their customer and fulfill the service they claim to offer on their website. Corporate will be next and I hope calls are recorded.
