“Compared to our last experience with a Whataburger location while on the road, there was a little bit of PTSD walking into this place. It definitely helps that we have visited this location a couple of times and have always had solid experiences. This experience was no different. There was a little bit of a wait, but we had our food within minutes. Order was 100% correct, they made sure we had napkins, ketchup, all the things. When you have a 9-year-old and are in a restaurant in an area that is not your stomping ground, you just don't want to get up and leave her alone no matter the environment. Even though it was right around lunch time when we visited, they made us seem like we were the only ones there in the place. Faster and more polite than 99% of the Whataburgers here in the DFW area that I have ever been to. Shows that management here knows what they are doing. No flies, no weird smells like the one near Corpus Christi that we will certainly never visit again. We will keep coming back to this awesome Whataburger in Alice!“
