The restaurant is clean, the staff is attentive and polite, and the choice of sandwiches and burgers on the menu is extensive. During our two visits so far, my wife and I have tried four different sandwiches, and all have been mouthwatering. We wish that we could recommend one of them, but they're all fantastic. The beef dip deluxe and the Philly beef are both scrumptious and made with mouth-watering, thinly sliced, tender beef.If you LOVE the Beatles, you'll love NY Deli.“
“This little gem is in the Pharr City building, and we missed it the first time by but so glad we turned around and found it! The sandwiches are made especially for you using the freshest ingredients. We had the Pharr Club, Grilled Cheese, and the Florence. I'll post pictures, but they only show half the sandwiches because I forgot to take a picture as soon as they were brought to the table! The corner restaurant is clean, modern, and bright. Prices are reasonable. The soups looked great, but we didn't try them today. Special drink today was the pineapple lemonade and is refreshing. Can't wait to try the rest of the menu!“

“The food was delicious but I better took it home because most of the staff is zero professional. This girl Cinthia, I think her name was, was playing and flirting with other employees (badly spoken). I had to repeat my order 3 times because this girl was not paying attention, she was more attentive to what was happening behind. I swear I was going to complain but the manager of this location was also a participant in the probe and what good was it. Zero professional ethics are followed by the staff, that's why they do that. I feel like they even make comments about customers and make fun of them. I will not go to this location again. ALWAYS NATURALLY CHECK WHO THEY HIRE OR TRAIN THEM TO PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE.“

“Came in and tried the sammiches was good as always a bit pricey but was good food.It was good. the only thing was disappointed on the full-size Nachos it isn't worth the price, or should I say you don't get your moneys worth. They are a bit shysty on the ingredients to the nachos. 1st, the chili was very shysty, the avocado much needed to be diced on the dish, yet it was not enough for the dish. They forgot the sour cream, too, had to ask for it. The photo explains for itself the presentation to it is not that great. And this is a shareable dish...nope it isn't. As far as the sandwich was pretty bland, I don't understand the concept on the juice (sause) they give you. I have to dunk the sammich, and it's there not a great flavor. Actually, get rid of this one and bring back the Big Nasty sammich McAllisters.it is similar. Just add gravy instead of this salty water consume. The portion on the potato salad speaks for itself to see what I mean by shysty. Overall, I think it's a bit too much for the prices either. That just serves a better portion for the cost, yall.“

I ordered to go and I was very pleased with the cashier and the staff. The place was very nice and clean. The pizza tasted amazing! The chips were very good, too. “This Subway is a really good place overall. I do have a few gripes about it and it's that the location is somewhat inconvenient. There is one entrance along Ferguson/495 that is just a foot past the intersection and another on the Northbound frontage road (Cage Blvd). That, and the Meatball Marinara here lack a little marinara. Other than that, pretty okay place.“
“Hadn't had an issue when dining in. Sadly, today we picked up a to go order and the sandwich was not made to specification. Not the end of the world and if you're wondering, I didn't go back and complain. I know the staff has a lot on their plate during the lunch hour. As posted in the pic, the receipt says toasted; my sandwich was not toasted. I won't mention the parking situation besides saying it's limited. Extremely limited. I do recommend you visit this establishment though as the food is always fresh and the staff is very polite & helpful.“

I think the drink I got was water with cucumber and another fruit. The water still hadn't gotten the flavor so I traded it for the cucumber lemonade. Now that tasted much better. The employees were very polite and patient with me as we worked to get the issue resolved. “My 1st time here! I was companied with my partner and daughter. The service was nice, attentive, helpful and professional. Drink station was clean, neat and organized. Wait time for food wasn’t long maybe 5- 10 min. I got the Hook and ladder, no onion, and provolone instead of Monterey Jack cheese, with the Mac and cheese drink combo. My meal was delicious, hot made the way I asked, the Mac was rich, creamy, and delicious. My partner got the Steak and cheese, no side with a drink, and daughter got a grilled cheese, rice crispy treat, and drink kids combo. Partner loved his sandwich. The cheese was nice and melty, the peppers were grilled nice and the steak was delicious. Daughter didn’t really like the grilled cheese, a bit dry and hard, could have used some butter or something else to soften up the bread. Single slice of cheese, but could have used extra cheese for cheese to bread ratio, she ended up just eating my Mac and cheese, she loved it though, ate the whole thing! So Mac and cheese is definitely kid approved. Lol My partner and I will definitely be back. I recommend this place for everyone, nice info about firefighters and equipment on cups, nice artwork and display items. Puns are fun too. Plus it supports the local firefighters and fire stations, which my partner used to be. So that’s a plus! Overall had a good time. ??“
“Have been to many subways all over texas but by far my all time favorite is this subway. The store manager is a great sandwich artist and does an EXCELLENT job. I order through the subway app often and pick up in store and she always goes above and beyond preparing and labeling the sandwiches. The subs are always extra toasted as requested and they always taste phenomenal. Many thanks to the staff and management at this location for having pride in their work and consistently producing great, well made subs! Definitely recommend visiting this location!“
