I like this location because of the people working there. They remember me as a regular, greet me in a positive way, and make my brief time there a pleasure. Great folks with excellent customer service. I even overhead an employee of another 7/11 in a nearby town who was in line ahead of me comment on the cleanliness of the roller grill, that was impressive.
I want to say the manager and employees at the 7-Eleven in Fentress Texas are extremely nice and very helpful. I do want to say they receive little or no support from corporate. The manager tried to do everything he can to make the store presentable and take care of the customers. But like I said he has no support from corporate they might come by once in a blue moon and give him a hard time on what needs to be done around the store. It was clean and organized . Had a wonderful selection of snacks which I loved ! Yummmm.....stays open late the only downfall was the location getting to it kinda sucked ....but other than that it was a win win !!!!!
