This is. shout out for Chef Andy for preparing incredible breakfast every time I visit Panera. I enjoy the ambience and comfort at this restaurant. It is my favorite place away from home.

Placed an order for pick up and the quality of food wasn't the same as the other panera breads have.Chipotle Chicken & Bacon Flatbread Pizza - Wholewith No Chipotle Aioli and with No Chopped Bacon - The bread and chicken was not fresh.Creamy Tomato Soup - the soup was veery sour in taste.Chips - As usual as it was pre packed.Vegetarian Autumn Squash Soup - The soup was too sweet but better than the tomato soupBroccoli Cheddar Soup - 2/5Seasonal Fruit Cup - Has been replaced without checking on us to a stinking baguettePlease make sure you maintain the quality in the food. As we had to starve on our way back as the food lacked freshness and quality.

I ordered 1/2 green goddess sandwich and cup of soup. I picked it up and it was a whole, huge sandwich. It's then I'm told the green goddess doesn't come in 1/2 orders. :( No wonder it was over $20. Customer service could improve. People behind the counter need to be aware they can be heard very well by customers.

Wow what happened... !? Use to be reliably high quality. Had a steak sandwich... not cheap. Every bite was gristle and was very small amount drowned in horseradish.

I just bought a turkey bravo on my pick two and I got a hair in my food which is very disgusting and on the side on my sandwich there's cinnamon. The manager was nice enough to refund me for the inconvenience but this is just really nasty to me and I really hope they better the quality of the food. I understand that things happen but if they double checked the food before sending it out and the quality that would help the costumers feel like they're actually eating decent sanitary food.

Staff kindly informed me of what they were already out of an hour before close. All of the exterior lights were off, signs and lights around the building. Out of bread...out of cookies...couldn't serve cookies visible to customers because they were for tomorrow. Then don't have a rack sitting at the front counter. I heard staff talking to the manager about more out of stock items for drive thru, they were told, it's OK. If you know you're a high volume fast service food chain, prep more food, like bread that you literally have in your name! Should have been 1 star. I spent 17 dollars and got hardly anything. Manager seemed content with telling people no. Seemed lazy and low quality. My hot food was cold. Why did it take 10 minutes for it to be ice cold in the center? This location has gone down hill and is doing what with the money they make off the backs of others? Can't even keep exterior lighting on? Can't spare more dough for bread or pastries? Used to be one of my favorite places. Not anymore.
