Pretzel dogs were under done and raw, pretzel was unsalted and hard as a rock and pretzel bites were hard as well

very rude employee. was told had to wait for 15 mins for my 2 orders of pretzel. 15mins came up they told me i had to wait 15mins again for my other pretzel because there is a long line. so i told them just to refund my money and they told me they dont do refund and was told, to apply so i can get my food coz they are hiring. very very unprofessional rude if i can give them a negative i would. This guy employee did not even wash his hands when he came to help.???

The store only had one staff member there at 5pm when I visited. That doesn't seem to be an issue though because it was slow. I ordered two large cups of pretzel bites and one regular salted pretzel. The staff member told me she would have to make a fresh pretzel for me as I'm guessing she determined what she had was far passed it's sell time. I appreciated that. However, the pretzel bites were so very hard and dry. I was actually crunching on it as I chewed. After about 5 of them my jaw was tired. Nobody else in my family would eat more than one. We actually just tossed them at each other for fun. I accidently stepped on one and it was like stepping on a lego. I gave this place one extra star because the staff member was friendly. I don't recommend it here. I should've listened to the previous reviews.

I was just in the store they were nothing on the menu they were treating an elderly person with no respect or dignity , because they did not understand what they were getting they were sooty and rude! it’s like we’re bothering them because we came into the store they were out of everything and when they said they were out of the mozzarella cheese bites they looked at me as if I was crazy to even ask for them when it’s plastered and advertised all over the store. to me it was laziness I’m a 50-year-old woman you would think that have have a little bit more respect - CT

So we stopped in for some pretzels, had a big craving for them. They don't close until 9 and it looks like they stopped cooking everything including cookies at 7pm? Not only was the girl at the front completely irritated that we wanted 4 cups of pretzel bites she said umm well I have to make them and it's gonna take 10 minutes.. ok well make them. Then she said I don't have stuffed anything, no smoothies and no large pretzels? Wow ok. So as we sit waiting I write a review in hopes that the owner gets with the staff to give better customer service and find our why the store is practically closed hours before its supposed to be. Not even a thank you for waiting? Have a nice day. Worst customer service ever.
I felt like an inconvenience when he asked what I wanted. Had it not been for the fact that my wife wanted a cookie I would have walked out. I understand anyone working in the service industry is having a tough time, but his attitude from the minute he opened his mouth will not help him or the company.

Please update yours hours online. My 9 year old son and I showed up at 8:10 pm and the doors were locked. We looked up the hours prior to leaving our home in New Braunfels which read 9:00 pm closure. Waste of time and gas. Not to mention, a disappointed little boy.

First timers here and we absolutely loved it. We tried the number one which was the pretzel bites with our choice of sauce, which we went with the cheese! And came with a drink as well. We also tried their cookies! Soft and so delicious. They have a variety of flavors to choose from.
