The store only had one staff member there at 5pm when I visited. That doesn't seem to be an issue though because it was slow. I ordered two large cups of pretzel bites and one regular salted pretzel. The staff member told me she would have to make a fresh pretzel for me as I'm guessing she determined what she had was far passed it's sell time. I appreciated that. First timers here and we absolutely loved it. We tried the number one which was the pretzel bites with our choice of sauce, which we went with the cheese! And came with a drink as well. We also tried their cookies! Soft and so delicious. They have a variety of flavors to choose from.

July 2020

The workers were rude. We took a bite of our pretzel while walking out and we got yelled. Not once but twice because the worker couldn't stop. I get it, we took a bite while covid but there is a nicer way.
