It doesn't have a fun name like the other shops in town, but TCB may be my favorite in San Marcos. Their espresso is consistently great, music good and baristas are friendly. Not much more you can ask for.

Best coffee in San Marcos. Mayan coffee drink recommended. Good WiFi. Nice location as well, very walkable.

Nothing special. If you like syrups, Starbucks, then the coffee bar is for you. Espresso was bitter. Milk was overheated. The five star reviews are probably from people who love pumpkin spice lattes and white chocolate mochas. Barf.

This is by far the BEST coffee in San Marcos! They always have different monthly crafted drinks. They are also environmentally friendly by encouraging you to bring your own cup, ( which you get a discount for) this is everything to me. The baristas have always been very friendly, and the ambiance is great for studying :)

The Coffee Bar will always be my go-to spot for my morning coffee! You truly cannot go wrong with anything you get here, it is all delicious! This is the perfect spot to study and enjoy a drink and pastry.

I hate having to leave a negative review, but honestly, I don't know what else to do. I swung by around noon, craving a cappuccino—I'm a huge fan of them, especially the ones at Mochas and Javas or Starbucks. Unfortunately, this particular one was just terrible. I even questioned if they got the ingredients mixed up. The first sip was enough to make me cringe. I'm not quick to judge, so I gave it another chance after a few minutes. Same result—blechh! I probably should've asked for a refund, but I decided to take the hit on the five bucks. Definitely won't be heading back there. It's a pity because it looks like a decent spot. This was my second visit, and even the first time with a regular drip coffee wasn't exactly impressive.

We ordered a coffee and a chai tea . They were good. It took an hour to get the order. It was very busy and the cashier was helping the girl making drinks. Just too long of a wait .

We came in for an iced coffee in a Sunday afternoon. It's a pleasant atmosphere with many tables for studying and socializing. They were out of cold brew coffee but the barista offered an iced americano which we decided on. It was a nice afternoon pick me up. They are located right in the square. Easy parking and fast service.

Plate glass windows on a busy corner yet super chill inside. Great place to watch the world go by or get caught up on a bit of work while sipping. Third time here, cannot go wrong when Winnie makes a chai latte. This could become a habit
