My family and I love Wingstop. We have been true to Wingstop for years! Normally when we place our order over the phone the Wingstop employee is rude or seems to be rushed or rushing us to place our order. Today was different. Mia took our order over the phone and attended to us at the register during pick up. Mia provided us with excellent customer service. She was friendly and professional! This is a great place with great service! The people are so kind and really take care of each person. It's clean and inviting. When I am in town again I will be sure to visit here again! Thank you to the team here for making my trip better for trying yall out!

I have tried to give this place SO many chances. Because in general, I genuinely love Wingstop. But the inconsistency is wild. I’ve had boneless chicken as hard as rocks on multiple occasions. And why even give an option for how to have the fries cooked/seasoned if it does not happen half the time? My last order requested extra seasoning and it quite literally had next to no seasoning.
