“First time visit, food was great, service good, nice casual atmosphere. Price was reasonable about $2 less than other Mexican restaurants with the same food item. I found out they have two locations and they have been in business since 1996.“

“I don't know who is sleeping on this Taco Bell but if you enjoy the occasional taco, or let's just say fast food in general, this particular restaurant is hands down one of the best. Literally every time I come here everyone is so nice and I don't know if it's because it's Sanger Texas or the hiring manager is just doing an amazing job. Either way literally the staff has cheered me up on some of the worst days because they are some of the nicest and most real people I've ever talked to and I haven't even really met any of them outside of the drive-thru. I would venture to say they're probably better humans than a good majority of the people that I meet on a daily basis. On top of that the food is always stellar. I mean of course it's fast food and it's Taco Bell, but is always hot, it's always fresh and it's always well prepared it's not like I get four tiny sprinkles of chicken on my quesadilla. Once more, it's consistent. I've probably been coming to this Taco Bell for the better part of the last year in my travels and not once have they disappointed me. I mean there was that one time the carbonation was out but I'll give them a pass because that's beyond anyone's control. Nevertheless I'm going to agree with some of the other comments here and say I would give this 6 stars. And if you're the hiring manager reading this, bravo, you've done a great service for this franchise and set a very high bar for literally the rest of the country.“

“I’m just saying the last review is beyond crazy. I was the women standing behind you when you came In. I witnessed everything. I will say she was very respectful. I’m sorry that your boyfriend who I personally ordered from in the past couldn’t even comprehend what I was telling him. “My other favorite Mexican joint is also inside a gas station so I may be biased ?. Honestly stumbled across this place on a road trip and imagined average tex-mex. NO! THIS IS BY NO MEANS AVERAGE.This place has all the best qualities of a hole in the wall authentic restaurant shoved into a gas station with a simple menu done PERFECT.I only had the tacos, beans, rice and churro. Based on how good these were though, I would be SHOCKED if anything they offer was subpar.They have some of the best meat I've ever had in a taco. Fresh off the grill , with a good amount of char on every piece. Onion, herbs , and lime on the side in a simple corn tortilla and the fresh fried churro? !! They do the simple stuff and just hit it out of the park. This is universal comfort food!“

“I love this restaurant it is my new go to place for delicious authentic Mexican food! I was starving one night back in February when it was really cold and I was craving chicken mole so bad! I haven’t found very many authentic Mexican restaurants in Denton that make Chicken Mole. So I was so excited when I came across Don Chiquitos! They have the best Chicken Mole I have ever had! It was so full of flavor and I also got so full!They give you really big portion sizes! It’s also really affordable a lot more affordable than most restaurants! I have also tried their Al pastor tacos and they are amazing! Im already addicted to Don Chiquitos food and the cheap prices too! This is my new go to authentic Mexican restaurant at the moment!“

“Not your normal taco place. A large variety of taco options. The ones we tried were awesome.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible even from the street sidewalk. They made an exit spot from the sidewalk, across the parking lot and into the restruant.“

“A staple restaurant in Denton, excellent food, the beef fajita chimichanga is superb, I get it naked with the sauce on the side so it stays crunchy, same for the chicken flautas which were crunchy-delicious. Their cheese sauce (queso) is legit.Great frozen margaritas and fresh salsa hits all the spots. You have to get the flan, it’s was awesome!!The chimi-cheesecake with chocolate sauce was pretty good too.Great experience every time“

“Our first time was amazing. We had a large group of hungry friends, there was a wait for out table, but once in, they didn't disappoint. Everything was fantastic, very fresh and flavorful , and that includes their flavored margaritas.It's been six month we went back with high anticipation remembering how good the food was on our first visit.This time we had a smaller group just six of us, there was no wait they got a table ready, server was friendly, but seemed to be in a rush, then the food was ok, not fantastic like before. We ordered two different desserts, our flan was ok, it was the smooth texture of a good flan, it was harder than softer. Our friends order the hot skillet apple pie, the skillet was extremely hot, it actually burned the crust it only cooled down after shifting the small scoop of ice cream into the skillet which then melted the ice cream and reveal the charging of the crust.We didn't complain, we just know not to have high expectations anymore.“

“My boys were going back to college after their winter break and we decided to come here for dinner. When he's home from school, my youngest son comes here with his girlfriend after Church and thought it would be a great place for all of us to have dinner. He was spot on. The food and the service were AMAZING! So good.We will be back.“

“Omar was fantastic. We live in Aubrey and travel here because of the food is always excellent and the customer service is top tier. I’m not sure if Omar is the manager but he’s for sure leading by example. Love this location and will continue to drive here with my family. Worth the 20min “

“Jacob greeted us when we came up to the counter, we gave him our order and he was really polite and professional. Everything we ordered was excellent and really tasted great, the place was really clean even the bathroom. That surprised me because all the employees were men, I mean the ladies bathroom was clean. All these young men need to get a raise or at least get told that they all work really well together, it was Tuesday evening. My sister and I will be coming back.“
