Traveling back and forth between Houston and San Antonio, I regularly stop at Pilot Travel Center in Schulenburg, Texas to grab a bite. Schulenburg is the halfway point between the two, and has several dining options. But if you're in a hurry, get the Classic Double Steak Burger and a Sprite.
