Ordered on the app, and got there around 5 minutes after. Went inside after waiting 30 minutes in designed parking spot. When I finally got someone’s attention I asked what was remaining on my order and they said a plain cheeseburger for a happy meal. Waited for another 10 minutes to finally get food. Extremely long wait and food was cold in the bag as they bagged part of the order while waiting for the other items.
Waited 32 minutes for 5 burgers and two shakes. Sat in our car while employees continued to bring food to other cars. One young employee finally came for our receipt. She brought the shakes then found we didn’t have burgers. Finally brought the burgers. What a mess!

Since the old manager moved, it's been rough, things seem to be improving, some new cashier's that know what they are doing, orders have been accurate! 2pm on Sunday,03-17-24 very light traffic, but nobody knows what's going on, 15 minutes and still waiting for a cheeseburger, just sad!
