I placed my order for curbside, a simple 20 piece and large coke, and waited for about 15 minutes or so. When I saw the vehicle that was last in the drive-thru when I pulled up (at least four cars from the speaker box) leave before I got my food I decided to go inside and grab my food myself. Now I know I managed to place my order and submit it before the vehicle I noted placed their order. It's obvious they prioritize drive-thru customers over curbside and dine-in customers.

I would give 0 stars if I could. In my 45 years of going to McDonald’s I’ve never had a worse experience. The drive thru line took 23 minutes. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and it was black from being burned but at the same time cold. I went inside and spoke to manager Suzy. She asked her team to remake the burger “without being burned.” Why did she have to specify this? When the burger came out it was black. Suzy then told me it was because the grill was dirty and needed to be scraped. I then asked her why she wouldn’t do so and she said they only do it every 15 minutes. At this point I asked for my money back. She refunded my money.

Do not come here go to the one by HEB in SeguinThe one on on the road of I-10 in Seguin and hwy 46 will not allow you to pick up. Mobile order like I am for my daughter and let me place my own order with cash at the same time. They are trying to control what you can do. So I picked up my daughter order since she paid for it and I’m driving to the other one by heb in Seguin since they allow you to do both. And there food here is not fresh the meat is dryed out like it was sitting to long off the burner like you do at home and the owner is rude

Ordered a mcdouble....it was slathered with mayo..went back in to get corrected, they left the new one on the counter for 5 minutes. So disgusting, then my fries were ice cold....will never be

Since the old manager moved, it's been rough, things seem to be improving, some new cashier's that know what they are doing, orders have been accurate! 2pm on Sunday,03-17-24 very light traffic, but nobody knows what's going on, 15 minutes and still waiting for a cheeseburger, just sad!

Ordered on the app, and got there around 5 minutes after. Went inside after waiting 30 minutes in designed parking spot. When I finally got someone’s attention I asked what was remaining on my order and they said a plain cheeseburger for a happy meal. Waited for another 10 minutes to finally get food. Extremely long wait and food was cold in the bag as they bagged part of the order while waiting for the other items.

Drive thru experience. My Big Mac was thrown together and falling apart. They gave us the wrong dipping sauces and forgot our McDouble. Went in to get it and they had it marked with no onion... And it had onion. Fail.
