Party of 2 went here for lunch on a Friday at 12:15pm. We were seated upon arrival and greeted by the waitress timely. Very clean in dining area as well as restrooms. We ordered the fried spring rolls (2), beef pho, C3 Shrimp stir fry combo and beef rattler and it was all flavorful and generous portions. Personally I would go again or order from here if they had more affordable lunch rates ($7-$10) even if it meant the portions were a little smaller...otherwise your bill is always going to be close or $20 which I imagine other people prob feel the same way!

The beef pho at EAD Vietnamese Restaurant is absolutely delicious. The broth was rich and flavorful, with the perfect balance of spices. The beef was tender and cooked to perfection, and the noodles were cooked just right. The dish is topped with fresh herbs and bean sprouts, adding a refreshing crunch to each bite.The portion size is generous, making it a satisfying meal. The service at EAD Vietnamese was also excellent, with friendly staff who was attentive to my needs and took the time to explain things as this was my first time visiting the restaurant. Overall, I highly recommend trying the beef pho at EAD Vietnamese for an authentic and satisfying dining experience.

Delicious food, great portions! My daughter tried Pho for the first time and she thought it was awesome. I ordered the Chargrilled Pork Vemicelli with extra rice vinegar, the flavor was exquisite! Our server was very friendly, the food came out quickly and the restaurant was spotless. Looking forward to visiting again!

I loved the food. It was my first time here and I will go back for sure. I will be getting beef rattle next time. My friend ordered it and it was amazing. The spring rolls were okay. The pork were better than chicken but both bland. I enjoyed the brisket Pho for sure. Our service was great! We were here during busy lunch time and service was so good.

Recommend: No. I didn't enjoy taking my family here for dinner. *A good dining experience consists of not only just good food but also good service. And with the poor service that we and other patrons of the restaurant received, I didn't enjoy and can't recommend EAD. The staff seems mismanaged and the ENTIRE staff was only hyper focused on one table with a party of 10 or so, while neglecting the rest of the restaurant patrons (approximately 6 other groups consisting of 4 or less patrons). *Perhaps attention to customers is based on potential tips required from larger parties? I understand having one or two wait staff to a larger party table but not all of the staff. The restaurant did not seem that busy and we were seated right away. However:1) It took approximately 15 minutes for staff to even acknowledge our table and provide menus. She even expressed that she was a bit confused if this was her table or not??2) We ordered. 2 sodas, 1 glass of water and a1 lemonade. We also ordered 4 egg rolls and 3 pho right away because we weren't sure when she would be back. It took another 10+ minutes for the drinks to arrive, except for the lemonade which was forgotten for another 10 minutes. 3) The pho took approximately another 15 minutes to arrive. I was bit disappointed to find that an EAD regular size Bowl was smaller in comparison to other pho restaurants regular size bowls. EAD actually cost was about a dollar more than other restaurants as well. 4) The egg rolls never arrived and when I asked where they're at they unfortunately delivered them to the big party table (*hence, my comment about only focusing on that large group). I canceled the egg rolls. The pho was no more unique or generous in meats and noodles then other pho restaurants in the area. Normally at other restaurants, the portions almost twice as much the portion and have to take some home. The dining area was clean, modern and updated. However don't let that deceive you that this is a great restaurant because all of that is null and void if the staff is disorganized and selective about who gets preferential service. Unfortunately, since we did not win the "preferential selection lottery", nor did other patrons receive very good service either. *Normally I like to provide photos of the food and menu but do not feel that it is worth providing those, since I do not recommend this restaurant. In my opinion, there are just too many negatives from this experience and there are so many alternative Vietnamese/pho restaurants in the area with superior service, pho quality and portions.

and a good curry. Spring rolls quite fresh. The pho doesn't have that institutional quality (straight out of a bottomless VAT lol) that some pho places do in their soups. Very much recommend this place; not cheap but a good value.

Returned for dinner. My son was craving the pork fried rice. This time I tried the stir fry chicken combo, which came with a soup, egg roll, and house rice. It was so flavorful. Really enjoyed every bite. Glad I tried something new. Certainly a favorite spot for us.

This place was amazing. Great service and the food was so fresh. The curry chicken had just the right amount of heat (I chose medium). The rattlers were flavored perfectly and tender! I wanted to try the flan, but I was too full and I still took home a box!
