“I had an amazing impromptu evening here after a happy hour hop. I stopped by because I heard they have live music on Wednesdays and I'm so happy I did! The atmosphere is very sexy & welcoming & the hostesses were beautiful and friendly. While sitting at the bar like the bar princess I am, I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Roberto the handsome refined bartender. He was the added bonus we needed to end our night. “We had a wonderful experience last night. We ordered chicken marsala and chicken piccata and took an extra chicken piccata home for our son. We also took a slice of carrot cake home because we arrived late and didn't want to make them late for closing. The food was awesome, but our waitress was extremely good at her job. “My daughter and I dined here tonight after attending a dance competition at Woodlands College Park High School right down the street. We came here after reading numerous positive reviews. When we walked in, we were surprised at the ambiance - low lighting and all of the tables were candlelight dining. One of my favorite things about this restaurant was the gentleman playing the piano - simply beautiful live music, which is not something you see everywhere! This would be a perfect date night option. My daughter and I ordered the chicken parmigiana and the Nona’s Favorite (chicken, mushrooms, and artichoke in a lemon and white wine sauce served with fettuccine Alfredo). We ordered mozzarella sticks as an appetizer. They serve complimentary bread as well. Everything was really good! The service was extremely professional as well. Highly recommend!“

Food is 5 star italian "for Conroe", waitstaff is very good and attentive. I reccomend the Fettuccine Calabrese. Also had their spaghetti and meatballs for lunch once, good example of a basic staple. Wife likes the Chicken Carciofo. Mom likes the Capellini Primavera. Son likes the Chicken Parm. We have never had a bad dish here. How does everyone not know about this place?“
“We are fortunate to have such a great restaurant in our neighborhood. We always seem to gravitate to the same entrees: Scottish salmon and lasagna. Both were delicious and the salmon was cooked perfectly. I like risotto so I had the salmon on risotto which was the perfect combination. Our server Colton M, who we have had on several occasions, was personable, attentive and just an excellent server. We look forward to our return.“

“"MY LOVELY WIFE NEEDED A NIGHT OUT" My Lovely Wife had a Very Busy and Tiring Week and mid week she stated that on Friday it would be Great to have Pizza. So - last night we went out for Pizza at "Adriatic Cafe Italian Grill" (Spring). We have been there several times in the past but not recently. We decided to go a little early due to it being Friday Night and they don't take Reservations, it's First Come First Served. Arrived just past 5pm and they are not busy as yet. The Hostess showed us to a booth and our Server, Christofer, came over right after with a Beautiful Plate of their Fresh Hot Bread - that's when the Drooling started. Their Bread is Awesome and they also have a large bowl of Soft Butter for you on each table. While eyeing the Bread we placed our drink order, Frozen Peach Bellini's - we already know what we wanted to drink. While Christofer went for our drinks we dove into that Bread spreading a lot of Butter all over the top of mine. It is Sooooo Soft and Delicious it just about melts in your mouth. A couple pieces later we looked over the Menu trying to decide on which Pizza to order. My Wife and I think alike most of the time and both choose the "Mama Mia" Extra Large; Pepperoni, Beef, Italian Sausage, Ham, Mushrooms, Onions, Green Pepper & Olives and of course 'Cheese'. The Bar Lady brought over our Peach Bellini's and they are Huge - and a Beautiful Presentation of Peachiness with a Big Red Cherry on the bottom. My Wife and I toasted and enjoyed those Bellini's. Lots of Peachy Flavor in there and it's Reallllly Goooood Stufffff. When Christofer returned we placed our Pizza Order and enjoyed more of their Bread - Yummy Yummy for the Tummy. Glad we came when we did because more and more people are arriving, but it's not crowded as yet. Soon our Extra Large Pizza arrived and it looks Amazinglylicious - and it is. My Wife sprinkled it with just the right amount of 'Snow'. All those ingredients on this Pizza needs some Parmesan to make it a Complete Pizza and my Wife did just that - it's now Perfect. I served my Lovely Wife her slice and cut part of it up for her since she can't use her right hand for that as yet. There is a lot of Goodies on that Pizza. Always look forward to the First Bite of any Pizza and this one did not disappoint. It was served Hot and Very Tastylicious with all the Flavors you would expect - this is One Delicious Pizza. My Wife ate the first couple pieces with a fork and then picked it up like one should. We ordered the Extra Large because we wanted to take home Leftovers for another day - especially for my Lunch Saturday. A Fried Egg on top of one of these slices will make the Perfect Lunch. I served my Wife her Second Slice and she didn't need it cut up. After we ate all we could we had 3 Slices leftover. We could of ate more but we did inhale a lot of their Bread because once you start eating that you don't stop - you just go on and on and on - it's that good. I also ordered another Frozen Peach Bellini to go with the Pizza. Adriatic makes a Very Deliciously Tasty Peach Bellini. Christofer earned the "Dollar-Bow-Tie" Award and loved it. Adriatic has always provided us with Excellent Service along with some Very Delicious Meals. My Wonderful Loving Wife and I enjoyed our Friday Night Out - It's what she needed and Adriatic Cafe was just the right place to provide that for us.
