“Today, I decided to stop by Twin Peaks in Shenandoah and sat at the main bar with Elise and Lexy. After talking with Elise and hearing that she was not feeling her best, seeing her show up and display tremendous effort to still smile, talk with me, and provide great service, just shows how much she cares. What was also evident was how Lexy really supported Elise helping her get through the shift while continuing to provide excellent service herself. These two truly embody why I continue coming to Twin Peaks.”

“Started coming here off and on a few weeks back for lunch. The place is always clean when I come in. Everyone's friendly and helpful. And they have quite a few options for food depending on how you feel. Overall, an enjoyable experience. Portion sizes are just enough to get me back to work without making me overfull and laggy at work.”

“First, I want to say, each time my husband and I visit this location, the hostesses are amazing - Isabeau, Aime, Krikett, Jasmine, and any other hostess I may have left out! They are so accomodating, and greet you with a big smile every time you walk through the door. I know that "hostess" is not the most popular position in the restaurant, but it is a very important position, as the hostess makes the FIRST impression. The service and food have always been stellar, especially at this location. We try to eat here at least once a week, and have been eating here for years. Cool atmosphere, cheery employees, and exellent food. Last week, I tried the shrimp tacos for the first time, with slaw and all. They were delicious. Amanda has waited on us (booth in the bar area) the last couple of times we have been in. She is an excellent server; they all are. We appreciate all the hard working people at this restaurant, and wanted to let them know that, with this review.”

“I recently dined at Black Bear Diner for breakfast and was thoroughly impressed. The food was not only excellent in taste but also served in generous portions, ensuring that no one leaves hungry. From fluffy pancakes to perfectly cooked omelets, every dish surpassed my expectations, and the biscuits are HUGE! The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was attentive. If you're in search of a breakfast spot that offers both quality and quantity, Black Bear Diner is the place to go.”

“My wife and I decided to go out for a late dinner. The atmosphere, the food and the service were outstanding. Robert was our waiter and he is very attentive without being intrusive. Our drinks were always full and food came right on schedule without anything feeling rushed.Parking: Well lit plenty of parking.”

“Have not been in a while. Received a $10 off a $60 or more meal, that was a good reason to go.I must say the service & welcoming staff was on POINT. I figured they were ready for those coupons to come in. But maybe not because the waitress had to go check with the manager about the coupon.We both ordered a steak medium & they were excellent.The menu is different from the last time were there & prices were also, but expected that.The only complaint I had was something I have been checking on the tickets. More & more places are calculating the tips with the tax amount included & that increases the tip amount even more of course. So will keep watching for that. (I am a good tipper, but it's the principle of it)”

“I like the food. It was good. Honestly, it looks better than it taste but overall it was good. Now, the sweet potatoe is amazing with those pecans and honey butter...its a MUST TRY!!! Although the food was just alright, the customer service by our waitress Vanessa was 10 stars. If we go back, it will be because of her. She was patient, kind and courteous. She was engaging and it was obvious that she loves what she does. Thank you, Vanessa for your service!!!”

“WE go here a lot . Never fails to make us happy. Their salsa is the best in town. My wife had a special crab and spinach enchiladas which were great. Fish tacos for me. ALL Very GOOD..”

“I recently had lunch at this place a few weekends ago and I must say, the outdoor seating is fantastic, especially when the weather is nice. Our server, Rico, was absolutely amazing. He was not only knowledgeable but also very friendly. The food was simply outstanding, and everything he recommended was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend asking for Rico and showing him some love for his exceptional service.”

“Clean and spacious. Food is great. Pay upfront, to include tip. But... there is no service. Want a refill of your drink? Get it yourself. Have an issue with your order? Too bad. Your meal is served and no one waits a few seconds to make sure its right. If there's a problem... they already have your money, including the tip. Want a take-home box for your $35 meal? Boxes and bags are in the corner... find them and do it yourself. What's the tip for?Maybe it was just my experience and not the norm but there was very much a "we have your money so screw you" approach to service.I didn't finish my meal here. Just self-packed it and left. Even though the food was good, i have no desire to return.”

“The food was great. The apple fritter French toast was spot on. Their house made sausage patties are delicious. Their apple juice is real apple juice, none of this from concentrate stuff. Tasted delicious. Highly recommend as a breakfast spot”

“I've always enjoyed going to Fieldings for brunch, lunch or dinner. The food and drinks are so good! Today though, was phenomenal! I was putting my 4month nephew to sleep, and my food came out. Shaun, the manager, came outside where I was and noticed that my nephew was almost asleep, but that my food was now cold. He remade my entire meal and it was perfect! Shaun went above AND beyond to do that!”
