Killen's is one of my favorite steakhouses in the Woodlands. The place carries a highly competitive offering of top-notch liquor & wine selections to pair with their regular, akaushi and wagyu steaks. My preferred plate when diinng at Killen's is their parmesan-crusted chicken. Chicken in a steakhouse? They have two! The steaks of course are fantastic, and I can't wait to go back next week.
The server or kitchen (server blamed the kitchen) 'confused' the order. I ordered my lamb medium-rare, my ordered her steak medium. The orders came reversed. The quality of the meat, lamb and steak, were not the quality I would have expected. Not particularly their problem but BBQ sauce (even light) is not appropriate for lamb. Ate at Bob's multiple times and they were much better.
