Good home cooking! Feels so welcoming and like you're in your friend's kitchen. We had the chicken fried chicken meal and fish & shrimp meal and both were excellent! I also usually don't like banana pudding, but THEIR banana pudding I would eat every day. So good! Highly recommend.
We visited on Christmas Day and had the most wonderful experience. Such kind owners who served warm and delicious food. They stayed open for our family of 10 to enjoy a holiday meal. They have a pool table the kids enjoyed while waiting for the food to be ready. We enjoyed ham, turkey, fried chicken, baked.chicken, dressing, potatoes and gravy, collard greens, green beans, Mac and cheese, red beans and rice, cabbage corn bread and more. We stopped in for a bite to eat and we are so glad we did. Carissa and Cedric were courteous and sincere. We had the smothered ribs with cabbage and beans, and the Salisbury steak with greens and beans. There wasn’t anything that wasn’t excellent! We will definitely be back! Thank you, Carissa and Cedric. They clearly take a lot of pride in their food!
