“I only got a small snow cone today to try it out since it was my first time here. The price was reasonable for the snow cone, and they accepted credit cards, which was great for me. I got the chamoyada, which wasn't that spicy but still flavorful. The ice was extremely soft, and it had plenty of syrup in it. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a snow cone, and I will be back to get another one plus to try something new.“

“Post HTX food hall location. They usually keep a long line but moves it pretty fast. I got their Fuego fries with birria and it was delicious! The fries were nice and crispy and seasoned, and the meat was good as well. This is probably my new favorite dish with them.“

“Have been coming here for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. I've had their fajita, pastor, and barbacoa. All meats are very flavorful and delicious. Their quesadillas always hit the spot. Since my family is bigger now, we tend to get the special plate. It consists of a plate of meat with melted cheese on top and a stick of tortillas. If you're not a cheese person, you can get the regular plate, which is the meat and tortillas.“

“I've have been here about 4 or 5 times and each time the food has been AMAZING. This time I tried the shrimp grilled cheese sandwich and it was heaven to my taste buds. Although the brisket needs no BBQ sauce, the sauce they make is fire. I pray they bottle their BBQ sauce one day. I didn't have any issues parking on a Saturday morning. I tried their breakfast tacos and they were good but I don't think the flour tortilla was homemade. Not a deal breaker for me but it was missing that extra touch. However, the tacos were at a great price point, I spent ~$15 for six of them. I would consider them again if I'm hungry near EaDo.“

Had the potato and egg, egg and bacon, barbacoa, and tripas. The tripas were good and a bit crunchy, the potato and egg taco is fantastic, the barbacoa was good but a bit too salty for me. I'd come back for the breakfast and tripas. The red sauce is delicious and really spicy. What made this place a winner is the tortilla it tastes so good and fresh.“

“Trying to convert my husband to semi vegan or maybe after today all the way vegan. When we got there I was so excited because we just went to a previous vegan restaurant and they didn’t have what we wanted and I have been craving jackfruit so we went in there and thanks to Irene and Tony it was one of the most pleasant and great experiences ever as a restaurant whether vegan or meat. The food in there was so awesome that I can tell you now if there was a competition and they just put sample A and B you would not know the difference for people who really know about flavor that’s very important if you from the south well let me just tell you it’s not sodium flavored it is flavor flavor and it was awesome and then he brought out samples like grits you think such and such has great grits why don’t you just go try their grits. And the most important thing is that Tony is an artist and he’s passionate about his craft and according to him he can make anything vegan so if you’re going to say you want a brisket let Tony show you he will convert that to a vegan brisket and it’s going to taste even better and he’s just up-and-coming so I recommend everybody who wants flavoring even if you just try or sample vegan for the first time I promise you you’ll be hooked and you’ll be back like we will greatest. “Had a late night craving for (good/quality) birria. Called as they were about to close but they still honored my order. I ordered the birria tacos and it was the BEST I've had in houston so far. Flavorful consume and NOT greasy. One taco had enough meat filling for two. It's a little far from me but I'm willing to make that drive.“

“I go here pretty often when i need my taco fix. I would say on average itll take 8-10m for her to get your order ready. I had to leave a review because her beans actually have vienna sausages or hotdogs in them. The beans actually have spices and flavor to it compared to other trucks. I like it. Its good. I also tried the watermelon agua fresca. It was massive and very refreshing for the summer heat. “On a work trip to Houston, we had some down time, so my boyfriend and I went to Cidercade for a late lunch and something to do. What sold us on going there was the menu at Homies, as they were the featured food truck. The food was even better than we had imagined—the portions were quite generous, the food was delicious and the service was excellent. We ordered the Mac and cheese (meal not munchies) a breakfast taco, the chicken sandwich and peach mango space water. It was so good, I asked if they’d consider driving the truck up to Baltimore so I could eat the sandwich on a regular basis. You must track them down if you’re ever in Houston!“

The 3 tacos were $10.25 I believe, so around average leaning towards a little pricier for a taco truck.They did the job and hit the spot. At first I thought it was an imposter but we came last night and they taste just like the ones in north side. Can someone confirm if NS taco nazo is the OG and these are simply relatives or what ? Food: the tacos and quesadillas were amazing. Top G. Just like the ones you get from taco nazo on Fulton. Full of flavor and cooked to perfection. The tacos and quesadillas seemed a little bit bigger too than the ones I am used to getting in the NS. They also have tortas at this location. You don't see that at the one in NS. I would definitely come back. They line wasn't as long as Ns either. They were very fast and nice. Got us in and out pretty quickly. I'll definitely come back to this SS location asap. Like asap rocky. If someone knows the history of taco nazo let me know. I've also been to the one on Longpoint it's good but the use different cheese and their tacos are tiny. I have also tried the one off Irvington. Pretty solid as well. Stop in and give them A try if you want some amazing tacos.“

“I had to pleasure of trying this delicious taco truck today. Just moved to Museum District/ Hermann Park area and was looking for a good taco truck nearby. It was less than 10 minute drive and well worth it. I ordered some al pastor tacos and barbacoa tacos on corn tortillas (LOL so basically street tacos). The tacos arrived fresh and fast, and the tacos were only $2 each (about the standard taco truck prices for street tacos in Houston) and the owner even included a free cup of beans on the side, and some really tasty spicy red salsa and a solid flavorful mild green salsa for my tacos, too.
