Mmm mmm mmm! Oh my my my! We just ate the best breakfast SPI has to offer at Grapevine.We order the Huevos Rancheros Vallartas, Huevos Rancheros Benedicto, and the Chicken and Waffles. For desert, we had French Toast Sucre and it was bursting with happiness!!!The food was all so good. It was like a Fiesta in our mouths. I swear, my grandma was in the kitchen cooking! No cap!Rosalia was our waitress and she made all the suggestions that were spot on. She was so pleasant also.
Breakfast is Fantastic..best coffee on the 6/24Wife and I had breakfast today and we still love the Food and all..however she was Disappointed in the Crabcakes Benedict. What happened to the Crab Cakes. They seemed to have Gotten so Small you couldn't even see them or hardly taste them...

We ordered mostly breakfast when we visited a couple times. The shrimp in the omelette was Fresh and yummy! My gf kid was SO excited to have so many gluten free options - thank you!!Lemon blueberry goat cheese pancakes were amazing!!
