Without getting into the specifics, I'll say that I had a problem that made me slightly irate. The manager's response was fair. Ultimately, I blame the higher-ups for the problem.The ice cream is also very high quality.
One day my buddy Sam was having heart attack at Cold Stone (he doesnt do too good with sugar). Fortunately for Sam, Jake Willy, cold stone employee of the month, quickly reacted and did mouth to mouth with my buddy, saving his life. #makewillyemployeeoftheyear

This was the first time my husband and I went to a Cold Stone Creamery and we were not disappointed at all!!! Their selection of different flavors is impressive!
