I love potbelly but the one in arlington , the girl on the register is rude and doesn't have any patience. We are a family of 3 and just assume our meal order was done so I ended paying full price for a pick 2 deal I chose for the sandwich. I never had issues at potbelly but this time I did that's why they only get e stars.
Potbelly is my absolute favorite! I was thrilled to find they had one out here (formerly from Chicago). Fresh, hot sandwiches. Love the wreck with all condiments (no hot pepper). They also have a bread reward point system.

Sandwiches are always good. Our teenagers love it. We eat here about once a week. My only complaint is that the restaurants is FREEZING. Every time we go we talk about how cold it is and wonder why the fans are on even when it's cold outside. It's borderline miserable, almost like they don't want you to stay and enjoy your (now cold) food.
