“Hey! If you go to IHOP in Bulverde and are usually getting food that isn't like the picture or have special concerns. I like my hash browns browned on BOTH SIDES and the sausage links actual cooked and browned ALL THE WAY AROUND. If you're like me, ask for Jada or Renee to be your server. It makes you experience a whole lot better. I once talked to the morning manager about my concerns and he said "once the cooks know you it will be better".WTH!?! Never have I ever seen a cook nor met them. lol. The inside of the restaurant is new and very nice“
“Totally worth the price! My wife and I both loved the food. I got the Cowboy bun and she got the Messy bun and both were amazing and portion sizes were great. They let us know how long the wait would be and it was accurate which is nice. Will be going back and will recommend to everyone.“
“The burgers and chicken sandwiches are good but very messy to eat. There seems to be too much sauce on them for me to be able to eat them cleanly. Shakes are great. Breakfast sandwiches are delicious, too. Service is always spot on and very friendly.“
“Updating my previous 2 star review and giving them the stars they deserve after today's visit. 5 stars! Food was hot, no long waits, everything was great. The young lady in drove through was friendly and our order was perfect. Thank you for correcting previous issues! We stopped coming for several months, but we will now be back more often.The food is consistently good but I have stopped going because of the staffing issues. They want you to pull around to the front after placing a drive through or mobile order where they they forget half your stuff. It's a lot of Hassle and back and forth to still not get everything we ordered. And if something is missing you have to go back around through drive through and it's just not worth the wait. We used to come here 1-2x a week at least and now I'm not going once a month because of all these issues. We will be glad to come back when this all gets straightened out.“
“I didn’t have high expectations since they are attached to a gas station, however; this location totally made our night! We have a big family and this was literally the first time in 2023 that any location has gotten our order 100% correct. Not only correct, but fresh on top of it!! ???? oh and the girl typing the order was a whiz keeping up with all the details. Ding dong darling: Ding Dong!!“
“If you think they take too long, then maybe you shouldn’t go to the most popular fast food chain in America and make your own food for once. Better yet, try cooking for hundreds of already angry people who won’t treat you like a living, breathing human being and tell you that you “signed up for this” when they berate you over a small thing. Treat fast food workers with the same respect you’d want, regardless of how long you’ve been waiting, or if they got a few things wrong in the middle of a rush. They’re people too. You’re lucky we don’t live in Sweden, because the workers there are allowed to treat you how you treat them if you’re rude and entitled.“
“I was going to post a pic, but I ate my food too fast. Lord have Mercy this place is delicious!!!! I ordered the pineapple teriyaki burger with their habenero Salsa as an add on??. I love heat and the Salsa is on point! The flavor profile of the burger was excellent!!! Don't even get me started on the fries! Wooo!!!!!! The crunch and crisp was to perfection! Quality 10/10 Quantity 10/10.“
“Outside was deceiving but the inside has a cool diner feel to it. The fried mushrooms were pretty good but a little salty. The Cobb salad looked delicious and the burgers were pretty good. However I'm not a fan of presenting food on a small metal rectangular tray. Just put it in a basket like regular diners do. It was $100 for family of four with two sodas and three beers. I'm over inflation! Overall it was good.“
“I have not gone back in until I noticed that there was some new blood at DQ. The lady that does the drive thu is bouncy and lively. She makes sure that ur food and ice creams are to ur satisfaction. I have not gotten her name, but she is great. I have noticed that she was not there in the evenings, so maybe she worked the daytime.i know that the kids that are there at nite,don't make sure their hair is up in hat or something. So watch out for hair in your food.“
“The food here is surprisingly good for bar food. I have never been here in the evening so I can't speak to bar aspect of Max's but I have stopped in for lunch several times and am always surprised with the kitchen quality. As a heads up they do charge a 5ish% extra when you use a credit card. So bring cash to save. Otherwise, it's a great place.“
