“First time visit. Was driving at night to get there. Dark at 6 pm. I'm still not used to, especially since the construction along and in front of the business certainly detracts from the entrance. It's tricky at night, especially if you're leaving and making a right turn toward US-281. If you cut the turn a wee bit too short, you'll be in some trouble.The menu is broad enough to cover most fried fare for a chicken place. I smiled when I saw 'gizzards', a personal favorite memory when I was on military assignment in Kentucky.The staff was friendly enough while taking the large order, offering suggestions and pointing out sides included with the selections. The prices were comparable, and the smells from the kitchen sure got one's appetite going strong.In a short amount of time, the order was boxed, bagged, and hand-carried by our server with both arms loaded to the seated part of the restaurant where we waited looking at the bigscreen TV.Not bad for a first visit! If the order was correct ( I will find out when I get home), then chances are this place will definitely be added to my list of places to hit when the hungries hit.Not bad for a first visit; just that the construction does detract a bit for hungry night drivers.Give this place a try...“
“The burgers and chicken sandwiches are good but very messy to eat. There seems to be too much sauce on them for me to be able to eat them cleanly. Shakes are great. Breakfast sandwiches are delicious, too. Service is always spot on and very friendly.“
“I had to try Subway after many years away because of their fresh cut meat advertising. I really couldn't tell much of a difference. The meat was probably sliced today but was thrown into a pot in the prep area. The cheese was like it always was; peeled off a block. Not sure I'm compelled to go back but then again, if you like Subway, it's still Subway.“
“Updating my previous 2 star review and giving them the stars they deserve after today's visit. 5 stars! Food was hot, no long waits, everything was great. The young lady in drove through was friendly and our order was perfect. Thank you for correcting previous issues! We stopped coming for several months, but we will now be back more often.The food is consistently good but I have stopped going because of the staffing issues. They want you to pull around to the front after placing a drive through or mobile order where they they forget half your stuff. It's a lot of Hassle and back and forth to still not get everything we ordered. And if something is missing you have to go back around through drive through and it's just not worth the wait. We used to come here 1-2x a week at least and now I'm not going once a month because of all these issues. We will be glad to come back when this all gets straightened out.“
“I didn’t have high expectations since they are attached to a gas station, however; this location totally made our night! We have a big family and this was literally the first time in 2023 that any location has gotten our order 100% correct. Not only correct, but fresh on top of it!! ???? oh and the girl typing the order was a whiz keeping up with all the details. Ding dong darling: Ding Dong!!“
“If you think they take too long, then maybe you shouldn’t go to the most popular fast food chain in America and make your own food for once. Better yet, try cooking for hundreds of already angry people who won’t treat you like a living, breathing human being and tell you that you “signed up for this” when they berate you over a small thing. Treat fast food workers with the same respect you’d want, regardless of how long you’ve been waiting, or if they got a few things wrong in the middle of a rush. They’re people too. You’re lucky we don’t live in Sweden, because the workers there are allowed to treat you how you treat them if you’re rude and entitled.“

“I was referred here by my lawnmower mechanic. I had an issue with my lawn tractor and it turns out my carburetor was gummed up due to the ethanol in gasoline. This was the only place that sold it near us out of a pump. It is considerably more expensive but apparently worth it. It is a bit far for me but I will continue using this non-alcohol gas for my lawnmowers.Glad to have found this since I hear that buying elsewhere is much much more expensive per gallon. Hopefully one will get placed near us one day.“
