I've been eating at Arbys for 30 years or so and I have always been pleased, so much so, I grab another cheddar classic for the road on the way out of the door. This specific location has always been nice and cordial and never had anything negative to say about the staff. It's always a nice quick meal.Parking: Very spacious on all four corners of the building.
Visited on Aug 11. Tried to go inside to order and the lobby was closed at 7pm on a Friday, not sure what time the lobby closes but it seemed early. We went though the drive though instead. The 2 guys at the window were joking around, never repeated or confirmed our order with us, and didn't tell us how much our order was. After handing us our sandwiches, they forgot our fries. Went Friday evening 3/15/24. The temperature inside the restaurant must have been 65 degrees!! It was so cold that the couple in front of us, ate inside of their car, finished and brought their trays back inside.Windows sweating, the floor was damp from moisture.This is not the first time.
