Went Friday evening 3/15/24. The temperature inside the restaurant must have been 65 degrees!! It was so cold that the couple in front of us, ate inside of their car, finished and brought their trays back inside.Windows sweating, the floor was damp from moisture.This is not the first time.

Went to this arbys location today jan,17 ice storm freezing cold out guess what their heater is broke and they have the air running full blast it's like a morgue In there most miserable experience. Service was good though

I've been eating at Arbys for 30 years or so and I have always been pleased, so much so, I grab another cheddar classic for the road on the way out of the door. This specific location has always been nice and cordial and never had anything negative to say about the staff. It's always a nice quick meal.Parking: Very spacious on all four corners of the building.

I was an employee for the one in porter and tried to transfer to this one and I’ve called since I spoke to the DM for my interview that was literally 2 minutes and a waste of time I’ve also been waiting to get paid since September 29, 2023 and I mentioned it to my old GM and told me I’d get it the 13th of October and I yet still haven’t gotten it. I WILL SAY THIS DONT APPLY THERE DONT EAT THERE. Looking for the steps to possibly take legal action against Arby’s. They lack communication and managers don’t seem to care whether an employee gets paid they seem to think people work for free these days

Trigger Warning****Food poisoning****We love Arby’s. Unfortunately there’s not a lot of them in Houston. Tried this location and would not recommend anyone eat there. We walked in and the staff were shocked that a family came to eat at…wait for it…a restaurant… shocking I know. The person taking our order sarcastically said so. Anywho we order and the wait for our food was ridiculously long. Mind you, we were the only ones in there. Anyways we finally received our food. My roast beef and cheddar looked suspicious but I was too hungry to care at that point.As we were getting up to leave at 8:30pm the staff start blasting the music as loud as possible then acted like it was a mistake. Then proceeded to mockingly tell us bye. All while my family kindly thanked them regardless of their actions. The puzzling thing is, we were nice! Simply went in to have dinner with our family and ordered kindly. You know..How are you?, Please and thank yous etc... So the lack of hospitality makes no sense.But wait it gets better… About 15-20 minutes after leaving the restaurant, one by one every member of our household starts having horrible stomach cramps. With out the in-depth glorious details…let me just say the rest of our evenings were spent on the toilet. I can’t think of a more enjoyable way to spend our Friday evening other than spending it playing musical toilets. Let me tell you there’s nothing quite like waiting for your turn to empty your bowels then being rushed to do so because other members of your household have to do the same… over and over and over and over again. All while being in the most atrocious pain, a pain equivalent to giving birth. It truly was wonderful. So wonderful I couldn’t wait to get this out of my system, no pun intended.. it’s too soon for jokes.So thank you and well done to the employees who clearly lack any regard for other people’s well being. I hope Arby’s sees this and fires the entire staff present this Friday evening-They do not care about your customers and have no regard for food safety.Food poisoning 10 out of 10 stars.Everything else 0 stars.We still love you Arby’s.However this location..never again.Written from the bowl,Sincerely,Joe

Visited on Aug 11. Tried to go inside to order and the lobby was closed at 7pm on a Friday, not sure what time the lobby closes but it seemed early. We went though the drive though instead. The 2 guys at the window were joking around, never repeated or confirmed our order with us, and didn't tell us how much our order was. After handing us our sandwiches, they forgot our fries. We backed up to ask for our fries to see the guys joking about it too. The guy at the window handed us our fries from his hand instead of putting them in a bag. Really strange experience for luke warm food which is too bad because we love arbys.

Visit on Aug 3 at lunchtime. Employee sleeping on booth bench in the middle of the day, leaving her belongings strewn about. Manager was telling employees in back that what they were doing was “pissing her off”. Food quality was fair to poor. Worst visit ever to Arby’s.

Arrived there around 5pm. No one was behind the counter, we couldn't see anyone in the back, heard no one until like 5min passed. Two people (male and female) came up from the back. Didn't say really anything except take my order in a discurteous manner and took 15 min to make a 6 piece chicken nuggets. Very poor service and unclean. Won't return and don't recommend.

There is absolutely no wonder they are going out of business. Every employee looks at you like they hate you. They are all mean as hell and act like you owe them something. I just wanted a sandwich. This place couldn't close soon enough.
