It was an excellent dining experience from the moment we walked in the door to when we left. We were greeted at the door by a friendly waitress and were seated immediately. The restaurant is extremely clean and very well put together. The ombiance is fantastic and sets the stage for an authentic Japanese cuisine. The appetizers were great, the sushi was great, the ramen was great, the lunch special was great! We have nothing bad to say about this fine establishment. We will most definitely be back very soon! I wouldn't say the food is great. Not bad but not great. I got the Chicken Nebayaki Udon and although the broth was decent, it was a little too peppery. I wasn't a big fan of the cubed, grilled chicken either. It was a little dry and tough. My boyfriend got the Bento dinner and it was the same cubed chicken. Not bad, just not great. We also got the chive pancakes and they were ok but a little expensive for the amount you get. Honestly, if you want really good Chicken Nebayaki and a great Bento you would be better off going to Fukuda on 45 south before Rayford/ Sawdust. The waitress was very kind and sweet but like most reviewers have said, the service was slow for the restaurant being empty. I can't say I won't go back but I also can't say I would like to give it another try. It's just so so for me.

First time ate at this place and we were very happy! Food and services were fantastic. We ordered steak hibachi noodles, hibachi fried rice, ramen and sushi and they were all delicious. Restaurant is super clean! Prices are very reasonable for excellent foods. We definitely will come back. Highly recommend!

Disaster. Only 1 meal was served to my husband after sitting there over 1 hour, and they never brought my food. They even forgot to bring the appetizers. When we arrived we were only the 2nd table in the entire restaurant, but it did get more crowded after. I had a glass of wine that was undrinkable/spoiled too. I had to go home and eat leftovers. I hate complaining about a small business, but it really was ridiculous.

Great experience! Party of 5 on a Sunday with kids ages 12-16 yrs. The service was pretty fast. It could of been that it was a Sunday night and not that many people in the restaurant. The hostess was our waitress she was great. Restroom check: it was super clean. The food was good no complaints. I had the crawfish cooked sushi and everyone had the ramen spicy miso pork. They loved it. I’m definitely coming back.

Horrible! Got there at 6:15, ordered drinks, an app and entres and 7:45 had ZERO food served. We paid for drinks and left . My wife and I get few nights out alone and chose Kans for this one and they ruined our evening with not poor service but no service. Left hungry. Avoid avoid avoid
