Took 2 hours to get my order. It was cold and nasty and I called the store 7 times no answer the first few times and then they just started picking up the phone and hanging it up. This location needs to be closed.
This Pizza Hut is a joke they steal their own customers food!! Then they lie to customer service and say that it was delivered!! On January 7th I placed an order at 8 PM and after 9:30pm hit and I never received the food I called the store they told me they sent it with DoorDash Because they didn’t have any drivers and for whatever reason showed delivered but I’m standing in front of my door and I’m letting them know it was never delivered to my house. I had a problem with my order, i called and Mercedes was EXCELLENT ?? she fixed my order and sent fresh food and apologized several times. Customer service was EXCELLENT, her care for my concern was EXCELLENT. My second driver was also excellent, he had the Hot bag and also put my ranch on the side instead of in the box. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you again Mercedes and the Delivery Driver ☺️
