We go here every Sunday and always have great service, the food is fresh and the staff are nice. You never know if it’s going to be busy, it’s hit or miss.However, we did a mobile order for pickup for the first time and it was AWFUL. I am a newer customer to the Potbelly chain. The food is usually good and I previously haven’t experienced any issues with the staff. In fact, when I came in today with my sister I had been craving the sandwiches. Ordering, payment, and finding a table went smoothly. We ate and discussed vacation plans for the near future.
