I stopped by here on my way home from a long day at work and ordered a soup and a sandwich. I get home and go to eat my sandwich, and I realize that a few of the vegetables that I had asked for my sandwich were not on my sandwich. Im thinking “okay people make mistakes I will just call to let them know and see what I can do”. So I call the establishment nicely to ask them if there’s anyway that I can get a refund or a voucher to get another sandwich as I have no way to get back to the restaurant and my sandwich was not good how it was. I was rudely told that he did put the peppers on it but when be comes to thinking about it “asking for lettuce and extra peppers was “ too excessive” for a sandwich that small “ He was also laughing and chuckling while saying this. So not only was I offended at the Very rude customer service from the night manager JACOB, i still had to not have dinner due to an unsatisfactory sandwich, will not be back. Poor customer service to be a manager…

First time trying potbelly, I will NEVER return to this location. Upon arriving me and my boyfriend were just a little confused because we didn’t know what to get, and it seemed like the lady got a little frustrated with us. Mind you, we were the only people there. The older lady with blue hair got frustrated because we asked if we could put our toppings there and she responded to us very rudely saying that she doesn’t do it here to go over there. The lady overall had a bad attitude. Once we checked out, we said thank you and she disregarded us. On top of that, she was just coughing and coughing without even covering her mouth. Very disgusting if I do say so myself. I work in customer service, and not once have I ever treated a customer this way. I don’t know if the cigarette she was smoking before we entered worked , but she should probably a whole pack of them so she can act right.

Lady with the blue hair was very passive aggressive. I felt embarrassed asking questions about the menu. It was my first time here. Giving this location 3 stars only because the food was good.

What a joke of a store and the customer service is awful. We ordered in store, took the bag from the employee after checkout only to get home missing a sandwich. How does that happen? I called to tell them and say we were coming back for it when I was greeted on the other side of the phone by "you guys walked out before your sandwich was ready." When I asked if she was saying it was my fault she said no and I already refunded my money. I explained that we still wanted the sandwich and when my husband got there he was greeted with more sarcastic "you're ok" when he explained that they handed us the bag. Customer service is key and this was embarrassing to say the least. I will NOT be back.

Most people order online because they're on the move and don't have the time to wait, but three times in a row this location has messed my order up, given us someone else's sandwiches, and I've had to wait a ridiculously long time to get the order corrected. It's so simple to read tickets and names to follow instructions, but this restaurant just can't seem to figure it out, then want to be rude on top of it.

Gave me someone else's order.. live 15mins away, called and let them know asked if they could remake my sand which so it's not cold. I arrive and they clearly give me the same old half cold half hot sand which because it had just been sitting on their oven. Not asked if I wanted anything for the inconvenience either.

We go here every Sunday and always have great service, the food is fresh and the staff are nice. You never know if it’s going to be busy, it’s hit or miss.However, we did a mobile order for pickup for the first time and it was AWFUL. It took 30 minutes to get our food (cup of soup and 2 simple sandwiches with meat & cheese, no additional toppings) and the only reason we got it is because we asked the man who appeared to be in charge. 2 other team members already knew that we were waiting for the pickup and said it’ll take “a couple minutes.” We watched 10+ people go through the line inside, not to mention the people going through drive thru.All that to say … if it’s a busy time, the quickest way to get your order is by waiting in line inside (unless there aren’t many cars in the drive thru). If you’re in a hurry, do NOT place a pickup order or you will be the last to get your order.

Sandwich is always good but if you have a choice go to Tomball location. Customer service is always pleasant there. This service was rude and told me she was working in several orders. I understand they have a lot of drive through orders. I shouldn't pay the price for that. She made ME feel like I was stupid because she didn't know which was my order, instead of apologizing to me for HER mistake. Will only go to Tomball now. It's not by coincidence that so many people complain about the service here.
