“Stopped in a for a beer. Stayed for snack and more beer. Happy hour is awesome and our bartender was fantastic. She was on top of her game and her barback was great. Making sure glassware is done and food is run. If you love good old fashioned dive bar this is your spot.“
“The absolute best wings I've ever had. I've lived in 4 states and have traveled all across the country. I eat wings on the regular. Don't miss out. We accidentally stumbled in while across the road at the high school for a swim even with our kiddo. The barista Stephanie is super nice. Beers are cold. NFL network and all games are a bonus! Only thing I don't love is that it's a bit smokey. I will tell you though it won't keep me from coming back!!“
“Two of my friends had their wedding reception here many years ago and I thought it was a very quaint, tucked away little bar that really catered to its regulars. I’ve gone back a few times and every time I am greeted like I come there every single day. At first I thought that they just treated people that were regulars that way but then I found out no they make everyone feel welcome and appreciated. Plus it’s just a really cool little spot it looks neat inside like something from a TV sitcom. It’s hard to explain you’ll just have to check it out yourself.Parking: I’ve seen it with plenty of parking and I’ve seen it where I’ve had to go park on the street. If you get there earlier you have a better chance of getting good parking but there’s not ample parking here. Or at least there wasn’t the last time I was there it might’ve changed since then it’s been several months“
“Absolutely love this place, and love bringing friends here. The beers they have on tap (and for sale) are always delicious. But what keeps me coming back, when there are plenty of places like this around the Houston area, is the food and the service. Can't go wrong with the fries, of course, and when I recently tried their Kimchi Brat, I honestly wished I'd ordered two. And every single server or bartender I've ever had has been incredibly attentive, kind, and engaging. From a customer perspective, it appears to me that management/ownership is doing everything right in how they run things and how they train the staff. I always make sure to tip well, and I hope other patrons do the same because this place truly deserves it. What a gem that I hope will be around for years to come.“
