Usually this place is on point, but whatever shift they had for today 4/3 has no sense of urgency. Didn’t get anyone when they walked in the door either. 10 mins to wait to order and over 10 to just get my order.

This place is outstanding in the morning, horrible in the evening.... morning smoothies are like a heavenly kissed ambrosia.......evening smoothies taste like a watered down icee with sour fruit..... stick to the mornings....

I went to Smoothie King on Cypresswood for the first time today and I must say Matthew F. was a tremendous help. He took his time and educated me and my daughter on the different types of smoothies and additives. Thanks Matthew and Smoothie King for your outstanding customer service.

The smoothies are good but The worker with glasses there is so rude for no reason. She is always in a bad mood every time my friends and I go there. She charged us for the wrong size and when let her know she was upset which I don't understand why if it was clearly her fault.
