I love this place, I live like right next to it. All of the employees are super nice, the food is great and it always smells good. The highlight of my visit is usually this one employee, we first met when I couldn't get a cookie since I didn't have enough money for it to be added to my order. He gave me a free cookie and said he would take care of it. Definitely a place to visit.

The young lady working there was high out of her mind and couldn’t even understand a word I was saying. She asked me to repeat myself like 50 times and kept putting the wrong things on my sandwich and even asking her coworker what I said. She barely spoke English I had to switch to Spanish and she still didn’t understand me. It was the stupidest thing I’ve ever seen seriously. It just made me laugh but these people should not be working there how are you coming to work high and messing up everything?. The guy was rude too.

Kiddos in there are out there serving food with no gloves grabbing there phones in between sandwiches I came in at 6:40pm Wednesday there were 2 men in the lobby and I asked if they where open they said no not right now after I left the started laughing.. not coming here again

I ordered 2 sandwiches and as the new employee reached for the bread box door, he sneezed. Instead of changing his gloves and washing his hands, he reached in and got the bread. Yuk!! I told him I was grossed out and then he switched gloves. No water cups - must pay for water. Was told the old style chicken bacon ranch would be cheaper than the elite one because it has grilled chicken and not rotisserie but they charged me the exact same price because I added bacon. What?? The floor was flooded by the drink machine and my pants got wet. Not a good experience. Last visit to Subway.

The two young men working there a very sweet! They have good service. The only thing one of them is lacking on knowing how to cut the bread properly but what made me want to write this review is the quality on the vegetables! They taste old, nasty it’s just disgusting!! they’re not cut properly and it Seems like they have been there for weeks. Maybe you guys should cut less amount so each day the vegetables can be fresh instead of curing all the vegetables and putting them in the fridge and taking them out the next day for how ever long you guys keep serving them! It’s wrong and the management team should do better at giving customers the quality they deserve and pay for!! Very upsetting to see what subway has become now a days

Terrible customer service. Sandwiches are sloppily made.We went a couple of times. Reviews about bad service have been ongoing. Management obviously has no desire to change that. Never again.

Placed an online order via the app. Got TWO sandwiches and the MISSED THE MEAT ON BOTH! One BMT and one Turkey, both clearly seen on the order. Sandwiches weren't cut in half and the bread was soggy. Zero quality control. No answer to repeated calls to the restaurant. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else. They just don't care about quality or customer service here.

I came in on my lunch, starving, since work had been slammed due to the Astros playing. There's two people in line, and a tiny girl behind the counter who looks like she'd rather be anywhere but there. It takes 15 minutes to get my sandwich. I wanted time to sit in here and relax; didn't happen. Worst part, her boyfriend came up and kissed her on the mouth while she was behind the counter. SO unprofessional, any of my jobs would've pulled me aside and given me a pep talk for that. She's lucky I didn't report her to management.
