My Sushi was very Mooshy! I ordered two rolls, A crunchy Tiger, and a Black eel roll. Rice was very mooshy which made everything else taste bland. The brand of fake wasabi they use is also very bland. I really dont want to be mean but I think the sushi at HEB down the road is better. $30 for two rolls they should be much better. There are a lot of options near by for sushi too. The mongolian grill smelled delicious but I wanted Sushi. I think maybe this place has too much going on food wise. Also tons of TV's like a sports bar, its like this place doesnt have its own identity or something. The name says it all, Ba Mien Bistro, Mongolian Grill, Sushi. Is it mongolian good? Vietamese? Japanese? I dont get the bistro aspect at all. I always thought Bistro is french food. I dont know. Inside is very bland.

Service was good, but this restaurant needs some direction. Sushi, Mongolian stir fry, pho, like wayyy too much going on. I bet their food costs are through the roof. I wish I had ordered the sushi, but I hadn’t had Mongolian stir fry in a while so I went with it. I was disappointed by the spices and sauce options. They didn’t have a simple chili oil or garlic oil. All of the sauces were super thick. I ordered the Mongolian noodles not realizing it was rice vermicelli. The cook didn’t cut up my egg at all. He just piled the big blob on top. Definitely won’t come back for the stir fry, but I’d come back to try the sushi.

Please don’t come here the stir fry is so gross, there’s another location in tomball that’s 1000 times better, they gave me rice instead of noodles and then I open my box and the meat is barley cooked not browned at all my potatoes were way undercooked still hard on the inside It was such a waste of money and time. I told the lady that was working that the meat looked super old it was completely brown raw and if they could put out some more and she ignored me so there’s that also. so rude. Never again.

Salmon was not the greatest. Came for sushi and it’s average. Don’t know about Mongolian. We will give that a shot next time.
