I was held up at work about an after i ordered and I'm pretty sure the guy remade the sandwich for me fresh. I didn't even ask. I apologized for being late and he was super cool and didn't make me feel bad at all. It was delicious ?
Drive thru guy was rude. Seemed as if he didn’t want to be at work. I asked for a wrap,, but changed my mind and asked for a combo. He proceeded to say “ I thought you only wanted a wrap now you want a combo?” RUDE!

I’ve been to this JJ 10-12 times and NEVER had a bad experience. Always fast. Staff is always nice. And they go above and beyond.My chip card wasn’t working one day so instead of just saying “sorry need a new card” the employee at the front (Jonathan) input the CC manually and got it to go through. Great customer service.
