I’ve been to this JJ 10-12 times and NEVER had a bad experience. Always fast. Staff is always nice. And they go above and beyond.My chip card wasn’t working one day so instead of just saying “sorry need a new card” the employee at the front (Jonathan) input the CC manually and got it to go through. Great customer service.

Man that was the best cold cut ever! I should know ima food expert! It beat out the rest don’t know why such low ratings. This was a perfect meal. Healthy and crisp veggies the bread even taste like a bagel. I got this meal for lunch but returned to it throughout the day. It was still in great eatable condition. So impressed. It beat out all the sandwich shops too

This location should deserve zero stars. The staff is incredibly rude, the meats and the veggies seem to be old, and everyone is just slow. Wouldn’t mind letting things pass but it’s a reoccurrence and staff is consistently rude.
Nice staff. However, this is the only time in my life I have had to wait a long time for a sandwich at JJ. I think they’re understaffed. Normally it’s done before I’m even done ordering.

Moved here from Austin and have never been to a good Jimmy John’s in Houston, but this one in particular is extra rough. Veggies always taste like they’re frozen and the meats don’t taste right. Idk why but they’re also always out of everything, which can be really frustrating (especially when they make your sandwich and give it to you, and when you say “hey, why isn’t there any lettuce?” they say “oh we’re out” even though no one said that before). Might just wait til another trip to Austin to have JJ’s again and have Jersey Mike’s instead.
