Just as soon as I was about to grab me some mini pretzel dogs, a bunch of kids took them all!!! Didn’t even bother to ask me if I would like some mini pretzel dogs great job mistreating a United States veteran!!!

Paisley always greets me with a smile. He is very pleasant and professional. I am always happy to see a smiling face once in a while.

Friendly, it’s busy on the weekends but the pretzels are always fresh and tasty! Great staff, friendly service with a smile ?

I wanted to see the hype of pretzel bites from here but they are very simple. It has a good taste and they are soft but the cheese was so bad with it. It was a very strong artificial taste that did not go with the pretzel. Plus the amount of cheese in the packet is so little for that price. $7 for this is way overpriced also.

The shop is no longer making Pretzels, they bake regular bread in the shape of pretzels. Skip this place if you want authentic pretzels. The "almond" pretzel is dipped in sugar, no almonds.

Very poor customer service. Went to get the free pretzel for your birthday, but since the app gave me a code they say they “couldn’t do anything without the code” but as someone who has worked retail, as anyone who has worked retail knows, that’s absolutely a pack of lies. The guy behind the counter could have done any number of things to ensure a happy birthday customer continued to purchase from this location but nope, he decided it wasn’t his problem, he didn’t care about the customer at all, he didn’t feel like trying to ensure continued business. He just said you gotta move out of the way and wait. Absolutely rude. Absolutely not friendly, not helpful, just plain awful. Go else where. Don’t support this location and the horrible customer service they believe is perfectly acceptable

Had an awesome experience and I'm not from here. I'm visiting family here in tx. I don't remember his name. He was very nice and helpful.

Asked for a drink and the person helping me PICKED SOMETHING OFF THEIR SHOE THEN GOT MY CUP. Looked in the cup and lo and behold, there's some stuff in it aside from ice and my drink. Total joke when it comes to service

The average wait time at this Aunty Anne’s is literally 15-20 minutes. The time you spend waiting in line for a pretzel is equivalent to the amount of time you would wait in a fancy Chinese restaurant. This place is terribly understaffed and unorganized. Your legs and feet will hurt by the time you get to even place you order, on top of which you wait more for them to make your order. Not to mention, the cashier is like 12-13, which I’m pretty sure is illegal in Texas. The only reason this gets two stars is because the pretzels are always delicious ??

Two stars because a 13 year old boy served me and I think that’s great. However, even for his age he lacked any social skills or enthusiasm. I don’t think he ever even talked to me. He could have been deaf, idk. Okay, whatever, but take a look at the pretzel (or pieces) I received. When you pay like $4, you kind of expect there to be some standards. Unfortunately, this was the best service I’ve received at this location. Last time I filled out the survey on the receipt (almost a year ago), was contacted by the manager who appreciated my feedback and promised to send a free pretzel voucher, but never did. I just can’t support this place. Disappointed every time.

5 people working there, pretty sure no one was over 18. The cashier looked like he was 12. Three girls standing around chatting in the back while the line kept growing. Where's management??

Mrs and I stopped by to get mid afternoon snacks after running errands in the First Colony mall. For less then $8, we got a salted pretzel and pretzel dog. The pretzel was warm, soft and buttery, really good. The wennie was a little over done in the pretzel dog but still tasted good. Counter help was very friendly and quick.
