I am obsessed with their crawfish bisque and that’s really all I can say. It’s SO creamy. So full to crawfish. No unnecessary onions or veggies. Best flavor, it’s just right for the tender crawfish meat. A little pop but nothing crazy. I will eat this here, there, pretty much anywhere. They have a location in Webster too and I literally make sure it I have a meeting near a Floyd’s I have to stop for this amazing bisque. Went at lunch. Busy but not crowded and not noisy. Excellent food. Tried the redfish, crayfish bisque, shrimp pasta, bread pudding, sopapillas, jambalaya and chicken fried chicken. Also the alligator appetizer. Everything was very good. Prices reasonable compared to amount of food. Excellent service.
