i had placed an online order to get a chicken torta with no cheese. when i received my order there was NO CHICKEN! i went back and told them there was no chicken on my torta and they kept saying “no protein” i showed them my order on my phone and they just were giving me a hard time till i raised my voice and then they took it back and put chicken. the service was HORRIBLE.

AMAZING!!!! The family and I went to First Colony Mall, ended up eating lunch in the food court. I wasn't too thrilled about it, but I saw a restaurant I hadn't seen before (I hadn't been in a few months). Bigotes Street Tacos caught my eye so I decided to try it out. Everything looked, sounded and smelled so good! I ended up ordering the 5 street tacos with beef fajita meat with bell peppers, bacon and cheese for the toppings.. all in flour tortillas. I also received a, free, small cup of charro beans. The meat was tender and juicy, everything was cooked and made perfectly. Charro beans were some of the best I've ever had! When I tell you it was All Amazing, it was truly ALL AMAZING! I will go back to the mall Just to eat there! The lady that took my order was super sweet as well!! Everyone should eat there :)

I ALWAYS LOVE bigotes. If you know me you know that this is my favorite place . Until today. I ordered 2 orders of tacos from the location in 1st colony. Unfortunately they weren’t made currently and I had already left the mall. I called to let them know. The person I spoke to hung the phone up on my TWICE when I tried to explain i didn’t get the right order. When I called the third time I just asked for a name because it was beyond rude at that point. He asked me why… and told me he’s the manager. I told him I didn’t get what I asked for and he said come back and hung up again. The service I’ve never experienced like this. A taco day and $50 gone with no regard

It's in the mall on a Saturday so there's not really anywhere to sit in the food court.I ordered Shrimp diabla.The man behind the register said the tacos come with rice peas cilantro and onion.They gave me a buzzer and food was ready maybe 15-20 min later.I got my flower shell miniature tacos. I think it was 6 of them.Fresh lemon slices, fresh cilantro on the side and 2 sauces on the side. 1 green 1 red.I open the green because it looked like verde sauce. Put it on the tacos with fresh lemon juice.By the time I finished my mouth was on fire.Felt like I ate ghost peppers ? raw. I like spicy food but this was too much.They should've told me it was spicy.The shrimp was fresh all ingredients were fresh so it was worth the wait.I had to run to the nearest resteraunt after and get a cup of ice to cool my mouth off.It took maybe 15 min of eating ice to cool my mouth back to normal.I drank cool coconut water while I was eating the tacos and it did nothing.I don't know if the spice was built into the tacos because it had a sauce already on it that kinda tasted like Chipotle. Maybe they added spice to that? Or maybe it was in the sauce I added? Or maybe it was another ingredient already in the tacos?I would definitely order it again ?

Don't waste your time here, 40 minutes to prepare some eggs, they took out around 6 people who arrived after me and my food never came out and the food was bad.
