“THIS PLACE!! stopped here today on a whim after grocery shopping. I didn't know it was in Riverstone community but I'm so glad I know now! I got a Thai tea (my staple) and caramelized brown sugar tea both with boba. First, I want to give you some background. This milk tea spot, opened up nine months ago in a Plaza catty corner from Kroger in Riverstone. It's run by a husband and wife and they are very friendly and kind gave me tips on how to best try the caramelized brown sugar tea. Many people don't know that they are there, & I want to spread the word! Because I need this Boba for years to come. So the actual teas are delicious! What solidifies it for me is the Boba most places where I get Boba the bubbles are pretty bland or the flavors just don't match with the tea I get. But this Boba they use is so flavorful it Has to be brown sugar or caramel or something. But it's the best I've had so far! Normally I get just high tea, but I wanted to try something different so I tried the caramelizad milk tea and I was not disappointed. The Boba is where they caramelize the flavor at the bottom and so you get this dichotomy of hot and cold in your drink. Which really gives you an experience! If you like sweet, I would highly recommend this drink. The last thing I wanna talk about is the decor. You can tell the owners put such care and handpick the furniture to the wall art. It has a such an upscale vibe for a Boba place, but it makes sense considering where they are. I'd be a really nice place to go and work remotely“
“Great studying coffee shop, so hard to find a good place in sugar land w/ good drinks, plugs, and fast wifi. Also whoever was on aux was doing great, friend and I got matcha w/ vanilla and Rang b52, vanilla was a bit light on the matcha I would probably ask for an extra pump, the b52 was amazing, the chocolate and cold brew was a great combination. Will def be back again“
“This is great place to hang out after school because there's a middle school right next to it walking distance me and my friends just hang out there after school they have amazing Boba and food.It also gets really busy after school or if there if a event on a weekend we all go there its so much fun!!Hope you enjoy!!!Kid-friendliness: ALOT of kids like middle schoolers go there and its a really safe place.“

“I love coming here all the time to study. The ambiance is great and the drinks definitely lived up to my expectations. The staff were extremely helpful all the time. I think the employees put huge effect into making the drinks and is always delicious and refreshing.“

“Very nice and CLEAN spot for boba tea. We got the Thai tea and a taro milk tea. They were both really good and the people working there are nice. The only thing is that with the amount of ice it was hard to get the boba out but that’s something you can modify at the time of ordering we just didn’t know it was going to be like that. It also looks like a good place to come study and hang out. :)“
“I'm just going to be reviewing the bubble waffle. This place is such a hole in the wall. I almost never go to the mall but the one time I decided to, I stumbled upon this kiosk next to Bath & Body Works. The bubble waffle itself was perfect-- perfect texture, perfect taste. If you've ever had mochi or a mochi donut, it resembles that soft, bouncy texture. The taste wasn't too sweet at all. Definitely the best bubble waffle I've ever had! (kind of wish they had their own brick & mortar lol)“
“This is one of my go-to spots for milk tea because they are known for their strong tea flavors, which I prefer. I get the Oolong milk tea with 70% sugar and 50% ice and love the strong tea taste. I definitely recommend this drink but can't really speak on behalf of the rest of the menu items. I also love the convenience of this location (mostly because it's next to one of my favorite pho places).“
“If you are looking for a fresh, delicious affordable poke bowl this spot is perfect! It’s a local small business so of course it’s way better than any other chain poke I have been to. The service is excellent, they are always so kind and go above and beyond. The staff member who took my order brought my meal to the patio table they have outside because I had mentioned the weather was beautiful today. The bowls are always super tasty and they don’t skimp out on the portions! I am always beyond satisfied when buying food here :)“
“Been a loyal customer and their drinks are good but they messed up my drink (forgot the Boba, the best part) and refused to replace the order the next time I come. They said they will only give me free Boba topping the next time but that does not make up for messing up my drink which I just wasted $10 on! Terrible customer service. I would not recommend this place!Edit:After the negative review, owner reached out to me and made it right. All is well now. I'll be back. See, it's not hard to do the right thing and keep your customers happy!“
“Apple lemon tea is yummy! I love that their ingredients are all fresh. They have a few outdoor tables which were perfect for enjoying the nice weather, too. Great service ?Kid-friendliness: While it's not directed towards kids, per se, just having outdoor seating is a plus if you have a toddler with you.“
“Pretty solid spot for breakfast, though not for everything on the menu. The croissant sandwich and various donuts we had were all very good and tasted very fresh. The main downside to the experience was definitely the breakfast taco, which just didn’t taste good at all and was more clumpy than soft and chewy.“
“I always come here for lunch with my family every time we shop at Welfresh supermarket. The staff is very nice and attentive. Food is superb. I usually order the Taiwanese style beef noodle soup and popcorn chicken. My go-to place when we go to Sugar Land.“

“This was my first time at Kung Fu Tea, and I'm a huge cookies and cream guy, so I got the Oreo Slush. I've had a similar drink from Nordstrom cafe , but the consistency of this one was more rich and thick so k was able to enjoy it longer. The Oreo taste was great. The only thing that was disappointing is that they don't have almond milk, which I would've subbed for regular milk. I also tried my girlfriend's boba style tea which was delicious.“
“Went there to get fresh milk Oolong tea (all time favorite), peach green tea with Aiyu jelly, and Handmade taro with fresh milk. I asked if the taro is fresh taro and they answered me yes. I placed order, mind you they have that on their menu listed as HANDMADE! I was super shocked that the taro came from CAN. What happened to fresh, what happened to handmade?Besides that, the employees always nice and friends, drinks are good!“
“Wow this place is amazing. I had the mango smoothie with the tapioca balls in it. It was one of the best smoothies I’ve ever had. The place is decorated very nicely and there is a little table with a screen on it where kids can play while waiting for their order. I would definitely recommend.“
“Stopped by on my way home and as soon as I walked in the woman behind the counter welcomed me and said to let her know if I had any questions. I asked her how much sugar they add to thier thia tea and if it's overly sweet. She told me the make the thai tea with freah tea leaves and it's hard to give an answer per cup on how much sugar but she would let me taste it. I appreciated that. The tea on its own was absolutely delicious so I asked her to make it just how she normally does. She mentioned after she makes it she would still let me try it first snd customize with more cream or more tea depending in preference. Really was taken aback by this service and friendliness. Once the drink was made it was perfect. No alterations needed. They have a great recipe and amazing service. It's a good thing this place isn't anywhere near me because I'm probably be here regularly if it was.“
